Really not happy how you can't just plug it in after you download the app. Tried download pictures and videos or just pictures or videos. Neither of them work always a error to contact support or link to? A person pays enough for these 250gb. So what is up with that. It sits there and people waste there money

I downloaded the app from Google store and inserted the Photo Backup Stick with the included phone adapter . The app comes up and I tried all 3 options - backup photos, videos or everything. None of them worked. Tried inserting it in my computer & it doesn't see it.
