Description
Pharmacy One Company has developed a new mobile application for customers to contact all its branches around Jordan and reach its wide variety of services, including:
• Searching for medicines and checking and locating drug availability across branches
• Sending prescriptions to branches to save time on customers and ensure that their requests are ready before they arrive to the branch
• Helping Pharmacy One customers organize their medicine intake through an in-app schedule that also sends reminders
• The application provides the largest health guide in Jordan, including lists, contact details and information of all physicians, hospitals and health facilities available around the country
• The application has a chatting service for customers to directly contact Pharmacy One staff from different departments
• App users can obtain information relevant to the drugs available at Pharmacy One, such as description, ingredients and instructions for use
• The application helps customers locate the nearest Pharmacy One branches, and obtain the contact details and address of each branch
