Works differently on the app versus on a computer. Easier on the app. You'll still need some time to get acquanted with the app. Needs way better notification. Once in a while I'll get notified of a potential guest, mostly I have to check a few times a day. Probably lost some clients due to long response time because I wasn't notified quickly on my phone or not at all.

It's very easy to use. Enter your requirements and you'll get a bunch of requests back, go through the individual profiles, chat with the sitters and decide who you want to pick. They have other reviews as well as a small bio on themselves and what they do. Very well designed and usable app!

I've been waiting over two months to become verified. I passed several tests and verifications, created my services, added pictures and videos, and I've reached out to support several times. I'm not sure why I need to push so hard to hear nothing back because the fees they charge petbacker workers is unreal!

This is an ultra glitchy app. Recently had a makeover but user interface became worse. Missing chat messages, having to restart app just to see new job requests. Reporting it is just as tedious. I strongly recommend reading all fine print of how this company positions itself and to what your commission cut is funneled for. They've monopolised the google search engine and that's why it's great to have your service presence on it but everything else respectable about the business is questionable.

Absolutely terrible! I signed up as a pet sitter and every day would get long messages from bots requesting pet sitting for weeks at a time. After giving the app a week or two for a real request to come through and reporting the issue nothing was done and I continued getting the bot messages. I do NOT recommend this app.

Went through all the steps with support and still can get an issue resolved. Then support stopped responding.

From a sitter perspective- The support team is phenomenal. Fast answers and you don't get the run around. I also like how those requesting service need to place deposits to ensure they are serious about the service. I wish there was a calendar feature where you could set your availability for certain features, so when people request you, they know why you can or cannot accept them.

I used this app for a while and while I got some good jobs out of it I had one bad experience and I'm done. I would be told one thing and get a totally different response the next or I would have to tell customer service something a total of 7 times and they STILL don't understand. If you are looking for dog walking/sitting jobs or you are looking to place your dog with someone or have someone walk them please use Wag! it's much more convenient and their customer service is beyond amazing.

Love it. They really work hard to match the proper backer to the right pets. Update. Still loving this app. Had a minor problem with a glitch but the support team was able to fix it quickly. The app says you will get a response in 24 hours but I have always had a response in less than 5 minutes. The app also has helpful information about caring for your pets and what to look for in a potential caregiver or sitter. Still HIGHLY recommend this app. You won't regret giving it a try. 10 out of 10!
