Been using this app for some time. However, now I do not trust it at all. My card details seems to be missing, and error messages keep appearing when I try to order or fill my details again. This is not the first time, last year I also had issues with my balance being lower than what it was and the app was having 'an outage'.

I am late to the order your coffee on an App game! I was so impressed with the Peet's App. I was able to get Sugar-free Vanilla syrup, Almond Milk instead of Cows Milk, say no to whipped cream, and even say my wish for the amount of cinnamon on top! Then not sure where to pick-up the coffee, or if there is a need to show proof of payment, waited in line and the cashier was so kind and friendly to point me to the pick-up area, and sitting there waiting for me is my iced coffee! Barista was great

Points system works sometimes. It does not always refresh to reflect what you have bought within a 24 hour period to claim one's reward. I think the app developers should check again for this error. Generally, this app works as advertised.

I'm a loyal Peetnik. Love Peet's lattes for a long time, still does. Been using the app since its launch, had some glitches in the past but pretty minor annoyance. Recently had another glitch, missing a couple of my free beverage rewards, so I logged out and logged back in, and it did the trick! My free rewards shown back on the app once I did that. Other than that, it's good coffee! My favorite is Hazelnut latte, also love some of their seasonal holiday lattes.

First I wanna say I love Peet's coffee! BUT the app has sucked! I too have had the problem with my bank card missing and the error message when I try to add a card. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it works now. I will say I am unhappy with the fact that I had 14 out of 15 stars and now I only have two stars which sucks but my app works again.

Every time you try to add a payment option, the app renders an HTTP error. Tried to login from a web page instead, and it created an entirely new account even though I was using the same email address as the app. The customer experience is confusing and disjointed, and ultimately I was never able to place an order using this app.

Latest: i can't delete payment methods!? Prior review: Perversely, the app keeps pushing sugary beverages at me, so minus a star. There's unhealthy levels of sugar in our diets already. Also the inexplicable delay recently introduced in mobile orders arriving at the location makes that function useless to me now; it's faster to stand in line when I get there. But Peet's coffee and food is great and so are the baristas.

They really revamped and improved their app. I used to use it like 3 years ago since my work was near one. After changing jobs/locations, there weren't any Peet's near me, so I was happy to uninstall. I moved to a new home, and am so so so glad there's a beautiful and amazing Peet's within 1 mile of me, and so I downloaded the app again knowing they had one. Was super incredibly happy to see that it's now amazing.

Peets Coffee drinks are, in my experience, the best. I do not hesitate to pass along to anyone and everyone who enjoys good coffee and coffee drinks. The staff at the Southglenn location is the best. Luv each and every one. I find the app, at least for my drinks, very user friendly. I am a daily user and do nor have any difficulties with mt order. I have ordered tea bags along with my drink order, no problems. I am sure for some more specific orders the app doesn't work as well....Marcia

Pretty good app for a really great coffee subscription major Dickinson's decaf beans. Always fresh and easy to manipulate ones account right here online. Dude it would be a great idea there to dispense with these useless receipts that comes with a coffee but which waste a lot of money and paper.
