Forget about buying this printer since it won't come on & their customer support is absent. Nobody gives a damn at all after a series of phone calls and emails. They are indifferent. It's indeed a wasted investment.

Crashes everytime I try to open it, never get past the first screen. This printer does not work without this app, so $200+ wasted...thanks.

This App seems work fine with iOS but not with Android. Please fix the crashing problem with Android. Then I will give better review.

RAPID PUNCHES
I'm running Android 10 on an Samsung Galaxy 9 and it sends but never prints. The printer is connected to the modem with a cat6. Prints from the computer via USB and wirelessly just fine. My printer is an M118DW. You have to download a different app, Mopria Print, to use your printer with your phone.

this stupid thing... I spent good time scanning in pages and the thing will do nothing with the scans... i cannot conver, share, etc.

Keeps crashing on splash screen. Printer is basically unusable because I can't configure from the panel. Stuck trying to use a broken app
