Omg could it possibly be anymore frustrating to simply order some food? No, the answer is no, It could not possibly be anymore frustrating. I am going to give Arbys 1 year to get there act together before I return to try the app again. I eat fast food everyday on my lunch break. I have spent $8,650 at Chick-fil-A since sep 2018, every dollar thru their app, by this time next year Arby's could have taken at least $1,000 from Chick-fil-A's business if I could have simply had a good experience

It won't let me select a store, ONLY if I allow my location. Uninstall. That's bs. There's plenty of other places

App does basically nothing except locate a store and allow you to order, and barely at that. Emails say you have this deal or that deal, but they never show up or are available to use. Of all the food apps, this is the one that makes me not want to use apps at all. I have cleared data,, reinstalled, nothing works. It's just terrible.

9/3/21 - I opened the app to discover online ordering has been added. Awesome! Except, it totally doesn't work. I attempted to order 2 for 6 items and when I try to check out an error message pops up saying something about discounts not adding up, please remove the offer. Still useless. (Old) No mobile ordering? How are we a year into the pandemic without this feature? Wow, what a fail. Almost unbelievable...

It's a good app, compared to the competition. Clean UI, everything is easy to see & modify. Great user experience. Honestly, my only issue with this app is that you have to enter your payment info EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Can't you guys save it, OR at least integrate Google Pay or something? Also, maybe toss a couple coupons/promos on there, nothing crazy, just a little something. If you guys did that, this would be the BEST fast food app. Hands down. Hmu for other suggestions Arby's!

There's no point. The app works fine until you try and order something online. Why advertise that you do online orders when your stores don't allow it. Every single one I've tried doesn't allow online ordering. It basically makes this app useless. Great way to not gain any business during this tough time. Especially when 90% of other store do offer online

Easily the worst fast food app out there - what a complete trainwreck! There's ALWAYS a problem with this app - login, ordering, coupons, payment - and it never seems to get fixed. The person responsible for this at corporate should be fired and whoever is hired to build the new app needs to start from scratch and actually TEST their work before going live. There's NO excuse for an app this terrible in 2021!
