My 2nd purchase there, i forgot to input my unit no and whats sucks, the service agents which doesnt even bother to get back asap. My worst experience ever. Tracked under courier, my parcel is untrackable. Once issue resolved, i will think amd rethink before ordering for the slow response from the live service agents

A good app for reasonably priced clothing household goods and stationary. Its important to read the reviews so you get an accurate idea of clothing size and fabric quality. As that can vary. Happy with everything I've bought so far, and the shipping was fairly fast and reasonably priced or free over a certain amount. Only criticism is that they won't ship to po boxes so for people like me in rural Canada it can be hard to find an alternative place to ship to that they will accept.

Never had a problem shopping with or returning items with shein. I just make sure i look at the reviews for sizing to make sure I get the correct fit. Love the points reward system. (Even though there is a time limit to them to which I didn't know so lost loads of points.) 🤣 But that was purely my fault. You wait around 10 days for delivery which isn't bad and I've never had a problem with quality for the price. It's great. 👍

Great experience with Shein so far. But what really confuses me is the fact that nowhere on the App itself, is there written about "Customs Tax/VAT". Received a email, sms and phone call stating I must pay "Customs Tax/ VAT" in order to receive my package (confused). Also since the clothing is always one size smaller please try to get XL etc also. I only come across to clothes that's XS/S/M/L👎. Other then that SHEIN IS A VERY AWESOME APP🎉🥂🔥🙌. #loveit.

Pretty easy to navigate through this site and they've made it very fun to shop online indeed! And this is coming from someone who avoids online shopping like the plague. I like the app just fine, the problems for me are having to pay for shipping and sometimes the prices change on me. Once, for no reason, they got suspicious, It took me a long time to pick everything I wanted, but I used my card for over $200 and they cancelled my order because I was suspicious. That wasted a whole 2 days getting birthday and holiday gifts for the kids and grandkids that I could have used my time shopping in a real store. Not very happy about that at all. I tried n no use. Smh

Ordered three times and received everything I ordered. All of the things sold here are sold at affordable price plus you get free shipping when you reach a certain amount. It takes approximately 9 days to receive your package now that's fast compared to other online stores which takes about 2-4 weeks. Love this SHEIN will probably use it more often now.

I love this app, the products are good quality, all are affordable, what I don't like about here is the delivery services, I always ending up with difficulties in receiving the delivery, I already sent the location, but still they go to the wrong place. And The delivery is not in a comfortable time, They will deliver it to you on their own specific time, even if you are still sleeping. You already noted that delivery time should be like this like that... But delivery services wouldnt understand
