With OnCare you can check in, select the activities you helped with, leave notes when necessary, and check out again, all in just a few taps. OnCare makes it easy to see a list of a client's medications, their schedule & instructions and the ability to mark which medications were administered during a visit with just a few taps and a description. When there are bodily observations during a visit (e.g. bed sores), our body map makes it easy to highlight the observed area and leave more details. KEEP EVERYONE INVOLVED Instead of locking the important information about your care visits on a piece of paper inside the client’s home, OnCare lets you share those visit reports with your Agency, and with friends and family of your client (with their permission).
