Unable to synchronize, seems to be the #1 problem. UPDATE: You won't believe this but it sync on my Chromebook! I suggest everyone to try the app on a different device. UPDATE #2 okay this seems to work. Prior to opening the app make sure BLUETOOTH AND LOCATION is enabled.

It won't sync with my watch! Never had any problems till now. Been using app for a few years now. ATTENTION REVIEWER'S: Does anyone know if there is another app that works with this nuband watch? Seems like the developers have lost intrest, with no intention of updating any of these apps anytime soon. I hate I have to depend on a dang app, just to use my watch! If anyone can recomend a useful app. Much appreciated Thank you 😃 I'll be sure to check out the reviews, if anyone responses ♥️

worked great when i got it on Xmas but now it won't sync at all i have tried everything but nothing works at least i am not alone. big thank to the NuBand company for screwing up my Xmas present

Worked for two days, and now it won't even sync. Deleted the app and reinstalled it, and nothing changed

Unable to sync to the app. Have tried about 5 times uninstalling it and installing it again. Still won't sync. 'timed out, stopped scanning' keeps appearing. I am also unable to connect the device to Bluetooth. If you don't have the app synced, you are unable to change the date and time on the NuBand, which is frustrating. I emailed NuBand and they haven't been helpful at all. Just telling me that it has been tested with my phone model. Very annoying indeed. Probably should have forked out more money for a FitBit. At least they work!

An ok app, works reasonably well. Two improvements would help a lot though: 1. the ability to lock a nuband to the app, we've got 2 on our house and it tries to sync to the nearest band which is irritating and can cause data issues. 2. the sleep calculator works on a 12am to 12am basis, so your sleep calculation for the previous day is always half of last night and half of the night before, it's a bit useless really.

Bought a Nuband Jr Champs for my son for Xmas and no matter what phone we try it on, it won't sync. "Timed out! Stopped scanning" apparently, tried on 3 Huawei phones and 1 iPhone, doesn't work with any of them! Absolute waste of money as we've no way of correcting the time on it, its out by 2.5hrs. It tracks his steps but I could've bought him a pedometer if that was all I wanted for him. Avoid Nuband products so many people have this issue.

The app was treating me fairly well and I had almost no problems. Battery life is long, steps are a bit wonky but thats fine, tells me my calories that i burn, etc. All is perfect. (In case u want to know, i have a samsung S10) The only issue i have is that when the watch runs out of battery, you have to connect it again, which is annpying, but I am guessing that is just bluetooth. I won't give it 5 star because it just doesn't impress me enough to give it a 5 star.

I'm on my fifth band. Lost the first one because the strap is so easily unfastened just by catching it on clothing or objects. Second one, the wrist strap split longways through the holes - can't get just a strap, so replaced whole thing, free. Third one just stopped working for no obvious reason, so replaced free. Fourth worked ok for 3 months, then went blank - replaced free. Fifth one has worked fine for 9 months, and still records, but suddenly won't sync. Will not have a Nuband again.

it's okay. the physical device itself is great, around 3 weeks between charges. But the app isn't brilliant, font sizes are poor (small) on modern devices with large screens. The general look and feel of the app is childish and not at all in time with typical Android apps, it would benefit from modernising!
