Description
Using this application, the frontline health workers, i.e. the ANMs may upload their service delivery details in the online portal, an integrated Eligible couple-mother-child tracking system to capture all ECs and subsequently, all pregnant women (from conception up to 42 days post-partum) and all new-born children (up to 2 years of age) to track and monitor the project outputs, outcome in a systematic way and the application provides decision support services to the project management team. The software acts as a powerful information collection, monitoring, evaluation and decision support tool.
