Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

Another breath app? Yes, but one that is simple and practical to use for professionals working in psychosomatics as well as for the people they supervise. Breath pacers like this can be used to teach a calmer breathing rate with a slow exhalation. Therapists can use the app to give their clients insight into their own breathing pattern in order to subsequently stimulate more efficient breathing. The clients can then practice independently with the app to bring the breathing rhythm to the agreed target. The app is designed in such a way that it is very easy to set goals, which can be useful for documentation or file creation. The sliders for adjusting the exercise time, breath rate and breath balance work intuitively. The timer provides a clear insight into the progress of the exercise. The NFP wishes you more relaxation and air.
