MyLife will help you to understand more about your health, and pinpoint the small things you can do to improve your health and wellbeing. REAL-TIME HEALTH SCORE The Health Score is a scientifically calculated number from 1 (low) to 1,000 (high). The higher your Health Score, the healthier you are. The Health Score moves up or down in real-time, depending on how your body, emotional wellbeing or lifestyle data changes. Tracked over time, your Health Score is a good indicator of your overall health. PERSONALISED HEALTH COACH The MyLife Health Coach will offer you advice through the app and encourage you to make healthy little changes that will help you feel good. TRACK ACTIVITY AND HEALTH STATS You can track your physical activity, nutrition, stress levels and sleep, as well as body data and details of your mental wellbeing. The app has an integrated tracking functionality and you can also use wellknown tracking hardware or software, like Apple Health, GoogleFit and Fitbit to share your exercise, sleep etc. data with the app. STAY MOTIVATED The MyLife app uses motivation techniques from behavioural science and collaborative features from social networks.
