MY LUZ is the personal area for Hospital da Luz network clients, where you can make appointments, payments, consult results and other relevant documentation in a simple, secure and convenient way. You can also search and view information about our doctors and our hospitals and clinics. All free of charge, confidential and secure. MY LUZ is available to those over 16 years of age and registration is free. Create your account with the Digital Mobile Key or through the identity verification process using your identification document (Citizen Card or Passport). After creating your account, you will have access to a range of features and personalized information about your activity at Hospital da Luz network units, including Águeda, Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Aveiro, Caniço, Cantanhede, Carreira, Cerveira, Coimbra, Covilhã, Évora, Figueira da Foz, Funchal, Gala, Guimarães, Leiria, Lisbon, Luísa Todi, Odivelas, Oeiras, Oiã, Pombal, Porto, Póvoa de Varzim, Ria, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Solum, Torres de Lisboa, Vila Franca de Xira and Vila Real. (Soon available at Algarve units.) With MY LUZ you can: • Consult LUZ ON, the Hospital da Luz digital customer card. LUZ ON is a free card that you can present at any hospital or clinic in the Hospital da Luz Network; • Learn about and join the LUZ ON PRIME Card program, as well as manage subscribed services; • Answer the Health Assessor questionnaire and receive a report with your answers and personalized solutions for improving quality of life and well-being; • Schedule appointments, exams, and video consultations; • Receive alerts for upcoming appointments and available exam results; • Perform self-check-in autonomously, securely, and without queues for consultations, exams, and treatments (see available units in the MY LUZ app); • Conduct a video consultation from your smartphone or computer, with the possibility of adding other participants, such as family members or caregivers; • Manage your Household's schedule, being able to associate your children under 16 years of age or any other member of your family; • Share your account with another person, who will also manage your health; • View, save, and share clinical analysis and other test results with a doctor; • View test images; • View and save medication prescriptions and find nearby pharmacies; • Upload and save health documents that your doctor can then view during a consultation or video consultation; • Monitor your health with the MY LUZ Health Monitor, which allows you to record and synchronize data from the Health Connect and Apple Health applications for sharing with your attending physician; • View and save prescriptions for consultations and tests issued by your doctor; • View your invoices and make online payments via Credit/Debit Card, MB WAY, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Multibanco Reference, and pagaFlex credit; • Access a detailed history of your medical procedures within the Hospital da Luz network; • Access your attendance certificate, which you can send or print to deliver to your company; • Search all doctors and specialties in the Hospital da Luz network; • Read and share our Health Guide articles.
