MY LUZ

MY LUZ is your personal online area within the Hospital da Luz network, where you can have video consultations without leaving home and access a range of features and information about your health and that of your family members.

You can also search for and view information about our doctors, hospitals, and clinics. All this is free, confidential, and secure.

MY LUZ is available to those over 16 years of age, and registration is free. Create your account with the Digital Mobile Key or through the identity verification process using your identification document (Citizen Card or Passport).

After creating your account, you will have access to a range of features and personal information about your activity at the hospitals and clinics you use within the Hospital da Luz network: Águeda, Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Aveiro, Caniço, Cantanhede, Carreira, Cerveira, Coimbra, Covilhã, Évora, Figueira da Foz, Funchal, Gala, Guimarães, Lisboa, Luísa Todi, Odivelas, Oeiras, Oiã, Pombal, Porto, Póvoa de Varzim, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Solum, Torres de Lisboa, Vila Franca de Xira and Vila Real.

With MY LUZ you can:

• Consult LUZ ON, the Hospital da Luz digital customer card, a free card that you can present at any hospital or clinic in the Hospital da Luz Network;

• Learn about and subscribe to the LUZ ON PRIME Card, as well as manage your subscribed services;

• Answer the Health Assessor questionnaire and receive a report with your answers and personalized solutions for improving your quality of life and well-being;

• Schedule appointments, exams, and video consultations;

• Receive alerts for upcoming appointments and available exam results;

• Conduct a video consultation via your Smartphone or Computer;

• Manage your Household's schedule, including your children under 16 or any other family member;

• Share your account with another person, who will also manage your health;

• View, save, and share clinical analysis and other exam results with a doctor;

• View exam images;

• View and save medication prescriptions and find pharmacies near you;

• Upload and save health documents that your doctor can then view during a consultation or video consultation.

• Monitor your health with the MY LUZ Health Monitor, which allows you to record and synchronize data from the Health Connect and Apple Health applications, for sharing with your attending physician.

• View and save prescriptions for consultations and exams issued by your doctor (not available in the Águeda, Aveiro, Guimarães, Oiã and Évora units).

• View your invoices and make online payments via Credit/Debit Card, MB WAY, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Multibanco Reference and pagaFlex credit;

• Access the detailed history of your medical procedures in the Hospital da Luz network;

• Access the attendance certificate, which you can send or print to deliver to your company;

• Search for all doctors and specialties in the Hospital da Luz network.

MY LUZ includes several health monitoring and wellness support features. Through Health Monitor (synchronization is optional and done with explicit consent), you can register or synchronize data related to physical activity, vital signs, weight, oxygen saturation, and other health indicators, either manually or by synchronizing information through the Health Connect and Apple Health apps. This data helps users track their overall health and lifestyle changes, without replacing professional medical evaluation. MY LUZ combines health service management, access to clinical information, and wellness monitoring in a single, secure platform. MY LUZ does not provide a diagnosis or replace medical evaluation. Intended for users ≥16 years old.
