It is the first app that allows users to have access to their training plan, prescribed by their trainer, on the smartphone, as well as, the monitoring of their workouts, anywhere and anytime. In a simple and intuitive way you can record the results of your training, performed on any machine in the gym, for later analysis of your progress with your trainer, or with your training colleagues. Share the information on social networks and communicate developments to your friends, demonstrating your progress with the current training plan. Analyze all the observations recorded by your trainer to your training plan and communicate directly with him and at any time, all your suggestions to optimize your training. Directly access your fitness and analysis assessments through graphs, which developments have been achieved in relation to the last assessment.
