With the new MY CASSA BNL app you can manage the services of your health plan quickly and easily.
You have so many features to use your health plan with the utmost ease and intuitive graphics that allow you to access services faster.
In particular you can:
- book visits and exams at health facilities affiliated with UniSalute for BNL health insurance: you can ask UniSalute to book for you or you can independently book an appointment with the health facility and communicate it to UniSalute
- view the agenda with your next appointments for visits and examinations, modify or cancel them
- ask for the reimbursement of the tickets simply by uploading the photo of the invoices and the documents required for reimbursement
- consult the account statement to check the processing status of the reimbursement requests.
- receive notifications in real time with updates on your appointments and your refund requests
- access the For You section to read the news and articles of the InSalute Blog
