Description
With the MyCare Salute app you can manage your policy services quickly and easily.
You have many functions to use the services of your policy with maximum ease and in an intuitive way to access the services faster.
In particular you can:
- book visits and tests at affiliated healthcare facilities: you can ask to book for you or, thanks to the new function, you can independently book the appointment with the healthcare facility
- view the agenda with your next appointments for visits and exams, change them or cancel them
- request reimbursement of expenses for your services simply by uploading a photo of the invoices and documents required for reimbursement
- consult your account statement to check the processing status of your refund requests. You can also supplement the documentation with missing documents if required
- receive real-time notifications with updates on your appointments and refund requests
- access the For You section to read the news and articles of the InSalute Blog
- view your health plan information.
To access the functions of the MyCare Salute app, enter the username and password that you already use to enter your reserved area of unisalute.it. If you are not yet registered, you can register directly from the app.
