The MSMR is a digital assessment app for the general population that helps them to better understand their personal resilience. It is visually appealing, accessible, interactive, and provides an opportunity for users to engage and learn about their personal resilience capacity – where they stand, and how they can improve their resilience. For organizations, researchers and/or service providers, the app that can be used by their clients/users/participants to receive instant feedback/information on their resilience levels and, if needed, confidentially/anonymously export results.
