Ok app, my only issue is that you can't see how many reps to do since the the icon that's shows how many exercises are left is cover the the reps icon. Other than that issue the app is easy to use and navigate through it.

Stuck on home screen. I open the app and it gives the warning to check materials make sure it's in good condition, takes awhile to get off this screen. Then it goes to a home screen, "choose your adventure" and it won't even let me click on anything. I was really looking forward to using this product but since it's so unique I need the guidance and the app seemed like a good way to do it but it doesn't even pull anything up so it's no help at all. Very disappointed and thinking about returning.

Lots of exercises to choose from, and it's great that some of them don't even require equipment. However, it'd be grand if the Movement Library had the same options/information as the set exercises (i.e. the ability to add individual movements to favorites, and a small note indicating which muscle groups are involved). Being able to filter and browse by muscle groups would take this to the next level.

At first I was really enjoying the workouts, they seemed perfect for my complete beginner level and were entertainingly explained. Then I ran into Bulgarian Split Squats (and a few other similar exercises). Which I cannot do without losing my balance and falling since I have one foot in the strap and said exercises are always presented at the end of a set when I am already tired. Keeping in mind that I usually have excellent balance being one of those people who can stand with my eyes closed and hands at my side indefinitely. So I have to skip those. Then I get to an entire set of "pull up" type exercises. How do you do pull ups on a suspension strap attached to a DOOR? Unlike Monkii Dan, I do not exercise on a room-like sound stage from straps set up by the video crew. My house does not have ceiling mounted anchor points to attach the straps to and I am not about to add them to my living room where I workout. Another set of exercises I have to skip.

This app is for all levels and all body types. Moving your own body efficiently is the ultimate way to live a healthy lifestyle and Monkii products will get you there. No gimmicks. I've been using suspension straps for years, but after doing some of the prescribed workouts, I've seen where my training has been lacking (dynamic plank movements.). Go Monkii!

This is a great system! After looking at and trying a bunch of different resistance systems I bought the monkii 360 and the Isocore X. Love these products. The workouts in the app can be a little repetitive in some cases, but they're instructive and useful, and once you've got the hang of the moves it's easy to mix and match. Definitely a much more dynamic workout than just trying to replicate gym machines. Wish I had purchased this sooner!

Needs a big change... Some movements are timed and some are done by reps. What the app doesn't tell you is that you have to stop what you're doing, go back to your phone, and manually progress the workout when you're doing the reps. So 8 reps to the L, go to phone, 8 reps to the R, back to phone, again again again until the end of the set. I must have done 10 sets of "wood chopping" before I realized it. Holy moly, just put timers or countdown of reps. Completely kills the flow of the workout.

Great app and really comes up with some excellent, unique workouts with the monkii 360. Something I would consider adding is a close up or a diagram on how to grip the ball for each exercise in relation to the anchor point. Also, highlight HIGH, MIDDLE or LOW on the anchor point in the demo as it's not always obvious when you're keen to get to the next movement. Stay wild!

I find it very difficult to find things in this app. It seems to be designed for people who like a lot of variation in their workout where I probably like to have a few sets of exercises that I know how to do and then do them often. You also have to click around a lot and I often have problems with the videos not loading fast enough to keep up with playing them. Lastly, I really am not a fan of the landscape orientation of this app but that's is very individual I imagine.

Hey there, I just got my 360 and I'm super excited to get started. The problem is that every time I try the app it freezes up right after the warning. I've tried reinstalling a few times but no luck there. I hope that a solution pops up soon. Edit: problem solved. Time to get wild.
