You might learn more than you expected within this app. Why? Because it draws on both Western psychology as well as Eastern mindfulness practices. Many people find stress relief in learning how to practice this. Mindfulness: The Art of Being Human (lite) has two guided mindfulness tracks. These meditations are suitable for all. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has had some experience to meditation already. This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of ACT on it, a charity for young people.
