Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

This app is about getting OUT of your mind and INTO your life! This is about making mindfulness simple... You might learn more than you expected within this app. Why? Because it draws on both Western psychology as well as Eastern mindfulness practices. Many people find stress relief in learning how to practice this. Did you know that science shows that practising mindfulness can have a powerful effect on: - improving mood, - better concentration, - increased creativity, - reducing stress, - and even how we manage our emotions? This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of non-profit "ACT on it" and "Mindful Creation". Reuben is also a mindfulness-based therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology. .
