The app helps users clearly record their headache symptoms and potential influencing factors in their daily lives. Personal notes on symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, diet, exercise, and stress can be documented in a structured way. This can help to better recognize personal patterns and prepare observations for discussions with treating physicians. In addition, the app provides easily understandable information about migraines and headaches. Content on lifestyle, relaxation, stress management, exercise, and general health topics can help users understand their own situation and deepen their knowledge about headaches. An integrated media library offers current information and articles about migraines and headaches. Through supplementary features, those affected can also connect with others and learn about services offered by the headache treatment network.
