The application was created because I know that I, as well as many other mothers or women, are in their thirties (I am in their forties), with various problems in the pursuit of obtaining even a fraction of a perfect figure, there is no information on how to fight for return to shape and maintain a firm, beautiful body despite age. This is a place for every woman who wants to change their body, but does not know how to start, does not know how to eat, does not know training programs, there is no patience or lack of perseverance. Here we train together, but we also talk about life and problems. Because life is not just training. Bah! Workouts are only a small part of it.
