Met Life has by far the worst app and website imaginable. If you have any other type of policy other than an auto and home insurance policy then for some reason it prioritizes those policies on login which you never ever need to login to for anything but for auto/home which you need stuff for and from quite often you cannot access because your website is the 2nd worst creation in the world and the worst is met life app. Re think your lives met life and get it together already.

This app is terrible. It constantly has errors loading profiles, problems finding claims, or even displaying any open claims for that matter. Invest a little more time into your mobile platform it's the 21st century.

Received email stating my policy renewal is ready. I opened the app, clicked on ID Cards, it only showed last years. It did ask where I wanted to save but it wasn't really the ID Cards. Then looking at the policy, it was just a summary of last year's. I had to log in through the internet to see my policy and print the ID Cards. App needs to be current with the internet version and ability to print actual ID Cards.

Great design but needs to have more details of policy's. If you have multiple cars it will not break down what the cost is for each right.

There is a problem loading your profile. The error is pretty constant. This is both on the application and website. When it works it is pretty great but it's not consistent.

The inability to save credit card info, or to properly process the cards stored in Google pay, is a significant problem.
