This app comes with a 3 preset buttons that automatically calculates your macro nutrient split. If the preset buttons are not to your liking, your splits are absolutely customizable! By entering in you calorie intake this calculator will calculate your macron nutrients (Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats) for you! Don't know your daily calorie intake? This app also helps you calculates your calorie intake based on your weight, height, age, and your activity level using the revised Harris Benedict equation. This function also takes into account whether you want to lose weight or gain weight, so this is great for people with goals!
