"something went wrong on our end" error prevents singing into app for over a week now. unusable with this error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried to change password, but get same error and cannot use device without being logged into the app. i use the original Pixel phone on Google Fi and an connected to the internet, so this is an app issue.

As others have reported, this app appears to no longer be supported and is non-functional. All login or reset password attempts result in the error message "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end. Please try that again." There appears to be no support available from Lumo. This app should be removed from the Play store.

Very disappointed that I can no longer use my 2 Lumolift devices with this app. As everyone else reports here, cannot use the app because cannot login. Cannot log in because receive message that something went wrong on their end; please try again. VERY disappointed in the new owners as I cannot even find information about why it no longer works and possible replacement app.

Fantastic app and hardware even during takeover. My son purchased this as a gift for me months ago and gave it to me today. Upon registration I found that the company was taken over and they were not providing support. Installed the app anyways, setup my equipment and viola it works wonderfully. My posture is improving, steps are counted and I am happy. Please keep the application functional for every current owner of the equipment to benefit from its use. Well done inventors/developers!!!

Although the device is one of a kind, the makers totally dropped the ball on development years ago. So the app has constant connection problems. I'm lucky if I can get it connected to the sensor 1 out of 10 times.

So apparently this company got sold, and now situation is, their app, which basically is required for all usability purpose of the hardware, is not even supported and you cannot sign into it. Probably all security sign in process is no more workable. Hence, your hardware is just a paperweight.

Even if you already had an account, you're now unable to log in. All Lumo devices that were not set up to be controlled by button presses are now bricked, and settings can never be changed on those that aren't.

When trying to log in. This message appears "Please check your internet connection". Buy the real problem is Lumo server is down. I try to contact them at their web page and it is imposible. Excelente item , horrible customer server and useless app

Was given this as a gift and was very excited to get started and the app installs but keeps giving internet error message and there is NO support info on/in box other than the website that does not have a help/support department. Very dissappointing.

App is dead and Dev is AWOL. Instead of disabling the online portion before abandoning their customers, its stuck behind a web service. This is a good warning about buying hardware that requires a web service to work. Delist this app.
