This application needs to be improved ASAP if this bank wants to keep their ordinary customers. This application do not offer any basic daily features as payment notifications, analytics, money transfers and many more.

After first time cannot login with Smart ID anymore - the app for some reason (without any explanation) asks me to create another "quick activation" and enter another pin code, if I don't do that, I just cannot login. The menu has no option to pay for services ( e.g. to mobile provider), cannot find any help on how to use the app. I like their online banking on PC, so it's strange the Android version is so bad.

Overall, it's a good app. The only anoying part is that you can't use the "Quick balance" widget without wifi. When trying to use it on cellular, it shows a notification stating "please check internet connection". It's been over 6 months and this issue still hasn't been fixed.

With money that this bank has, this app should have no issues at all, which is absolutelly not the case now. Terrible experience. A lot of people are doing banking via phone and that number will increase. Guess what happens when you cant do banking the way you want? You look for alternatives.

Sorry, can't give any more because for some reason that is beyond my imagination there is actually no way to cook the iban of your account? A text filed that you can copy is not hard to implement , holy hell. I have to literally type the whole iban manually!?

App is not innovative. Forcefully requires for all runtime permissions at app start without in-place explanation. Especially contacts permission. That's not how runtime permissions works and are designed for.

It feels like this app was made as university project. I am not sure why would you make an app that can show your spendings and do normal transfers and even for them you have to do many steps.

The app is "meh". What I really miss comparing Luminor's app to Nordea's app is the notifications about incoming funds. Seriously, with all other (imho pretty useless) features, this is the one missing?
