Works well, account can be opened remotely. One issue is the name field length in the app. It is limited to 20 symbols only, and longer names (name + surname) get truncated to 20 symbols. Looks a bit sad.

I guess it is the worst banking app I've ever seen. Ithought so for about 5 years (including previous versions), giving them time to improve, but I am afraid this is impossible.

Bad experience. Constantly can't open the app on Android, have to go to web (full) version. Previous Nordea app in this respect was stable.

Can't login - after several authentications successfully passed with smart ID, still, all the options are locked. Basically I might say that it's simply not working. I would be happy to use it and review again once all is fixed.

When try to make payments and login with smart ID, brings back to initial page, where need to login again via smart ID. Tried to make payment 3 times and no success.

Poor user experience. Very few transaction details - no MCC code shown, no categories, no details. It makes tracking your expenses harder.

Not loading (crushes) when trying to setup Quick Access feature (for finger prints usage) after the lattest Android update on my Samsung Note 9

If using e-id login after first pin app prompts user agreement and second pin and after entering this last pin app sends you back to start without loggin. And its going in loop 🤨
