    I'm literally crying right now! I lost 18 lbs in the last 3 months using this app!!! I thought there was something wrong with me forever and I was about to give up and just be the fat auntie. The premium feature that tells you what foods are keeping you on track has really been so helpful, it encourages me to log everything so the stats can be accurate. I've never stuck with weight loss this long! I highly recommend this app!!! Be sure to use a food scale for accurate measurement

    This app is fantastic. I've been struggling with my weight for a while and had been considering Noom but a news article suggested this app instead. It keeps me on track and so far I've seen progressive weight loss every day. I'm very close to my first goal and feeling great! I use the free version and don't mind not having all the bells and whistles of the premium. Easy to track water, fiber intake, carbs, and protein. Be honest with what you're eating and stick with it daily to see results!!

    I used to live this app. I don't know why you made logging food so difficult now. I used to be able to type in something as simple sugar free jello, and the different flavors of sugar free jello would pop up to choose from. Now, I have to go to the supermarket tab, and had to try all sorts of things to get to sugar free jello. You couldn't just type jello, because it limited the selection to pudding only. You couldn't type sugar free jello, because then it gave you no options at all! Ridiculous.

    I'm currently using the free version of this app and I really love it. The layout and features are exactly what I was looking for. It makes keeping track of your weight and eating habits a breeze. One thing I wish it did - where it shows you your weight record it would be nice if the app calculated how much I lost/gained since my previous weigh in. On another note, I am trying to purchase the full version of the app but it won't let me. I have tried updating the app and restarting my phone.

    So far this is the easiest calorie counting app I've found so far. I'm able to track my weight and daily calorie intake. It hadls definitely helped keep me on track. I have not subscribed to premium yet because I felt I didn't need it right now but I can imagine it would just the app that much better to use!

    So far I absolutely love this app. It's the only one I have found that actually works for me outside having a physical food journal to write in. Giving it less stars though because I want to upgrade to premium I like it so much but can't do so due to an error that says it is on the apps end every time I try to purchase. Hope this gets fixed so I can give this app the 5 stars it deserves!

    Great app, I have premium which I mostly use for macronutrient goals + meal planning for the week. The app would be much improved if there was a way to view all of your notes in one place, as opposed to having to look back through every day It would also be really useful if they had an 'adjust recipe' option; so if you're making a recipe you've created for one of your meals but want to adjust how much of a specific ingredient you had.

    I just paid for my premium membership.. I'm finding it to be very useful and there is great community support! A good suggestion would be to calculate how many calories are being left as a deficit somewhere. That really helps to count how much one is losing each week based on 3500 calories per pound.

    For years I used the other top apps, but each lacked in some significant way the data-driven focus on weight loss that I needed to drive results. I recently hit a plateau after a major weight reduction, and in less than three weeks using Lose It I've seen a further 15 lb reduction. The real-time integration with Garmin Connect makes a key connection for me about where I'm at in my day, and what my lean body mass actually needs given activity level & other factors. I'm a lifetime member now.

    *** Where have all the lose it recipe and workout guides disappeared to? *** The app is always crashing... the 'my day - more for you' articles regularly fail to load...daily support articles don't appear anymore.. very disappointing.. paid for a year's Premium access.. if I hadn't paid for this I would DELETE this app... sent Lose it an email to report issues but no one got back to me. VERY POOR customer service!!
