None of the faces work. Every time I try to make a custom face it says access denied and the app has full access to everything. When I tap on install pre-made faces nothing happens.

I spent eight hours trying to get this thing to work. It's not like I've never set up an Android watch before. First, the manual that come with the watch is unusable. The type is smaller than microfiche. Even with a magnifying glass, it was unreadable. The apps don't work. I had to reboot my phone 87 times to get it to connect. It does connect, but it disconnects a second later. Totally useless. And there is no way to get the dial face that was in the ad. China is trying to gaslight us.

I cannot install the watch faces for my smartwatch I try and I try and nothing happens I tried with custom design but when I need to crop the image it says access denied I don't know why but it's frustrating :(

The watch doesn't have the dial face and it can't make calls or show your messages when connected via Bluetooth,. You should start refunding us because what it shows on ads and shop leaflets is different from what it can actually do

This app is terrible it keeps closing on me and your second apps has too many advertisements that I had to take it off I can't deal with all those advertisements every time I open the app. Do you have another app that could be used other than the two I mentioned?

Very unimpressive,just not enough reliability, i guess this is what you pay for when you get a smart watch from Ross lol, at least it works without the weak app.

Does not always work. Battery dies after 2 hours. Not reliable or accurate. I have another pedometer and the count differs from one to the other. Basically junk. Rather spend more $ and purchase a good quality monitor.

App doesn't not stay synced to phone. Always losing sync and you have to always try to reconnect. It doesn't automatically sync like other watches. Also when you get a call the people on the other side can't hear you The whole app needs improvement before I will use it.

I can't able to change the watch face. Which is given in this app. Custom face is too not working. I tried many times but watch faces is not working. Plz do better update for changing watch faces..... ASAP.....
