kGoal is a revolutionary smart Kegel exercise trainer for women that provides tactile biofeedback, guided workouts, and actionable data for improved fitness. The app works with the wearable kGoal device (via Bluetooth) to guide and track your pelvic floor exercise. Whether you're just discovering your pelvic floor or are a seasoned Kegel workout warrior, kGoal will help you get the most out of your exercise. Biofeedback: Seeing real-time biofeedback as you exercise promotes good technique and results. Makes Kegels fun: Exercising is more engaging if you turn it into a game. Guided Workouts: kGoal takes the guess-work out of Kegels by guiding you through adaptive games and workouts. See Your Progress: Exercise is much more fulfilling when you can measure progress over time.
