    I've lost 2 pants sizes in under a month! I applied the exercise that works nearly everything and it is amazing!!! Greg is interesting to watch and every movement he does on video, anyone can do. It's unbelievable but true-to see and experience results, you only need one kettlebell and do a workout every day. NOT a workout in my opinion. It's more like, desirable movement that awakens your body and mind which then function better/more efficiently. No need for gyms, yoga or running.💪👍

    This app has been an absolute Godsend throughout the never ending lockdowns. Really easy to just hit the button and BOOM! a never ending selection of random sets to keep things new and interesting, with videos for the non-gym types (like myself) to see what they are meant to be doing.

    Great app... The exercises are clearly explained even for novices like me. Its explained in words, drawn images and a video so should be accessible to everyone. I like the variation of the workouts and especially like the random selection so if I'm not in the mood to swing ill just skip that one! The only annoyance for me is where the 'new workout' button is - I keep hitting it by mistake, personally I'd like it to be smaller or elsewhere just for clumsy people like me.

    This app his exremely helpful and easy to use. It takes the "thinking" out of creating a kettlebell workout. Greg is an excellent instructor, his videos are short, yet clear and concise. It would be worth your while to watch the videos if you need a refresher on how to perform a movement, or if you have not yet learned a technique. Enjoy! And thank you Greg.     A really well thought out app. Very easy to use, clear animations and video of how to perform every exercise. Random exercises show up to ensure you don't get bored with doing the same repetitive exercise and you get a full body workout. Can't believe it's free.

    Simple and no gimmicks. I've been getting his newsletters for while. Each exercise links out to real life videos if you don't quite understand the animation. Doesn't even require a login so no email spam. Really neat app.

    I'm really enjoying this app, but I would like to report a problem. Every time I click on a video to view how to do the move, it immediately puts it on full screen and I can't seem to exit the video. So I have to quit the app each time and when I come back in I get a different workout and I can't find the one I was doing again. Could someone please tell me what to do if I'm missing something? Thanks

    Perfect app for helping to program, with some nice unexpected exercises. Helped to make a fast and interesting session today. Would be nice to add optionally some sorting on groups of muscles - full body, abs, legs and so on... Thanks!
