Horrible App! Do not order online. Took my money and redirected me to the process payment page. No order has gone through and customer service is telling me there's nothing that can be done. Rang my bank to get back my money which is still going to take 3-5 days. Absolutely unsatisfied with their app and customer service.

Great! I've used this app a few times now and it is easy to use. It tells you which items are in stock at the checkout near to you, so you can amend order before you proceed if needs be. All round a great app.

I only installed the app so that I could use on line prescriotions. The method of getting repeat prescriptiions is so long winded that you have to type in every item on there each time you request a repeat.You would think, once you had entered your prescription, it would be saved, and the next time you could tick off which items you want. please impliment this, it would improve things so much

Brilliant App with live chat to customer services. The only drawback is that I have to keep logging in, this needs to be sorted out as it is very frustrating to have to log in every time I am in the shop and need access to my card. Perhaps utilise fingerprint login? Recent updates now make me have to log in every time I use the app which is extremely frustrating and annoying when I am just going to walk to the checkout. It really does need to retain my login details of use my fingerprint!

Very useful to have when browsing or when not able to get out of the house. Seems like there are plenty of products for all ages, and reasonable prices. Only complaint would be when editing a basket and then going back, it loses your place on the website so you have to go and look again if you wish to buy more.
