I own 4 veho kasa bulbs and I'm unable to control them with my s10+ I don't have access to an android 9 device to try to update the firmware this is totally unacceptable your last update was almost a year ago. Telling people to use a different device is not a solution, fixing your app would be. Update : borrowed a friends iPhone, upgraded all the firmware in every bulb and guess what, app still crashes on launch, STOP LYING TO PEOPLE GET A DEVELOPER IN AND FIX YOUR PRODUCT.

Android update completed and now the app wont open. Just comes up with app not responding... Update: So this company could not care less about its users or there product in general. Shockingly bad reputation, atrocious customer support and all round a product that is a complete waste of time and money. Utterly diabolical service from this company. Useless app and product. Avoid at all costs. Doubt they even still have this as a "business", seems more like a scam.

I've had this bulb and app for a few years now and I recently updated my phone and can no longer access the app... I now have light bulb that will not turn off because I cannot get on the app! Not happy at all! Veho please update your app so it works on android phones as this really isn't good! Update: it's been well over a year now since numerous people have complained about the app mot working on android and nothing has been done about it, it's pretty pathetic for a company to not fix issues!

This app needs to be repaired, stat! We CANNOT use your product as intended without a repair. It just keeps crashing, but you are still profiting from its' sales! Fix THIS NOW or you've duped us all INTO paying a crazy amount for a "regular" lightbulb (as the color spectrum can NOT activate without the app)!!!!! ::facepalm:: Unregulated capatalism at its finest. Fix this glitch, or give us our money back and remove this product from the market, STAT.

The Android app does not work with these. I have contacted their support as advised by them and no-one has replied. Update: I was asked to contact their support but did not receive any reply. Shocking service from a shocking company.

They have not updated in 2 years.... It doesn't work at all anymore. Not on Android 11 or.my old phone. I'm throwing it out and buying one from a different company

Doesn't work anymore! It was promised I can use it for ages, and you know what? Bulb 💡 is fine, but I can not use the app! Such a waste!

Originally I was very happy with this product, the lights were cool, being able to set the colour to match my room was very exciting. However I went away for my first year at uni and upon coming back I found that I no longer had the app. I came back to re-download and I am severely disappointed and annoyed. The app no longer works, it will not even open on my phone anymore. I can't change the colour of any of my Veho Kasa lights, and my new ones are a waste of money and time.

The last time this app was updated was over 9 months ago, the app only works if you haven't recently used it on another device recently(and even when it works it takes a while to load), and my strand of lights has started changing colors at random😕 Given how long it's been since the latest app update, I can't help but wonder if that's because they've abandoned a product that wasn't ready for the public🤷♂️

It wasn't the best app before, but at least it was quite functional. Hadn't used it in almost a year but decided to use my led lights again - only to realize the app won't open and after reading other recent reviews it seems to be a known problem. It seems the company hasn't even updated the app since Apr 2019, so I guess this app has died. Does anyone know of another app we can use to control the LED lights?
