Undo the update!!! Trying to find older app version. I agree with all those who have said there's an issue with the latest update. I no longer get any notifications from any of my cameras. My bulbs that used to work without any issues no longer work they do not connect to the software at all cannot be controlled nor any of my switch devices. It would be great if someone can undo the damage as it was working flawlessly before.

After this last update my camera will not stay connected to the WiFi, I know it's an issue with the camera and update because every other device that uses WiFi in my house works great...except the camera. Had zero issues with it until this update. At the time of writing this review I can not monitor my home or my dogs while I'm at work because of this.

Perhaps the best smart device app around, but severely lacking in some use basic use cases: You can add multiple devices to a group or a scene, but cannot tie a schedule or custom actions to that group/scene. Instead you have to schedule individual devices. This is a pain for cases where you want multiple light bulbs to fade on as part of your wake-up routine which may vary from day to day. And the circadian mode doesn't actually fade the light bulbs as implied, they turn on at full brightness

20/25/21: What did you do with that last update??? Now, if the power goes off, my bulbs all need to be reinstalled. Previously it worked perfectly. Thanks a whole f'ing lot!!! π€¬π‘π€¬π‘π€¬ I am disabled and this is a real FU! Previous: App is very fiddly now. Perhaps not fully compatible with latest Android Os. I finally figured out that, even after connecting to the plugs and getting the confirmation, I had to do all the work to force the app to the next step. Please fix your app!!!

All the smart devices are great. The app, not great. It has a huge limitation, AUTOMATION! There is a limit of 3 automations, what they call 'smart actions'. Thats it THREE! That's a huge problem. The community has been complaining for years! All the smart hardware is useless if there's no software to support the automation of the smart devices. Fix it like now or lose a customer. I have 50 of ur devices. Ur move.

Just what you need to keep kids honest!! No more sneaking sweets, hitting each other, watching inappropriate TV...etc. Once they knew I was watching they would wave at the camera when tempted to do something. Great product. I got my hard of hearing sister one to put in her window so she gets an alert if someone comes in her drive or up to her porch. She loves it!

Notifications suddenly stopped working yesterday, 10/31/21. There's little point to the cameras if you don't get motion notifications. I checked my Notification settings in the app for each camera and in the android phone app settings. All are allowed. Cleared all cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no notifications. I'll be returning the 2nd camera I just got if this is not fixed ASAP.

As with so many apps, the devs keep messing with a perfectly functional app until they break it. After latest updates I can no longer reliably connect to devices on my router's guest network. This is unacceptable! All my home automation is on the guest network and has always functioned flawlessly. Until now. Now I have to switch my phone to another network to see a third of my Kasa devices. Some are there, some are not. This is ridiculous. FIX THIS STUPID BUG!!! Switching to Wiz plugs now.

FIX THE LATEST UPDATE After the most recent update, my camera now can't keep a steady connection for very long before the app freezes entirely and force closes half the time. I'm using my camera as a baby monitor, we need stability! I don't care about functions if the app doesn't work! Also, remove the stupid "are you still watching" thing! Yes, I'm still watching, it's a local connection! I'm going to have to search the internet for the last version now because I can't use this one.

My camera is not working. It's keeps saying it can not connect to internet. I've rebooted my internet. Rebooted the camera. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled.. It'll work for a few hours, then it will stop working again. I know it's not the internet, because it works fine with everything else.
