Updated App is terrible with 40% battery usage from 8 am to 11 am reducing phone battery to critical level, all the while app was not even used. I am forced to put it to sleep now, how then will alerts work? Test your apps!! Your promised Google Home and Alexa integration for the past year has never arrived. Excellent hardware let down by a poor app. Try integrating with third party bulbs, cameras and sensors to make it a truly connected alarm system.

I installed my Veho Cave system a couple of months ago and it's worked perfectly. Hardware was quick and simple to install and build quality is excellent. The app has worked well for me and I like that I can delve into my system to make changes that differentiate between fully armed and home armed. Two criticisms. Key fob needs the engraved icons in white, so they can be seen. I've filled mine with a splash of paint and it works Secondly... Develop more accessories. 5* system.. Recommended

My indoor cameras work fine an are online when I'm at home and using wifi. When I'm out and my phone is on 4G the cameras appear offline. Why is this happening?

I love it. People rant on about the app running in the background using battery power and it should close when not being used but the RETATRDS fail to realise that when an alarm is triggered its alerted to your mobile device while the app is running and as long as you have a network connection you know when your alarm is triggered regardless of where you are in the world. It's so easy to set up an use and it's all wireless. I have recommended this system to my friends and family. Its Awesome!!!!

Great system works with no issues. The system has lots of features. A few improvements would be great. 1. The ability to test the sim card regularly. Need to make a call every 6 months to keep it active. 2. Make the buld flash when the alarm is activated to add a visual impact. Overall very happy with the system.

Regularly goes "offline" even though it's right next to the router. We have to turn it off inside the box and turn it on again to get it going. The main issue however, is that it often won't disarm. Woke the whole village up at 7am this morning as we have the external siren and the damn thing was stuck with the turny circle going round on the disarm button then "FAILED. TRY AGAIN". Nothing we could do but go to work and leave it. Totally unreliable.

I have installed the veho cave system alarm. I am trying to access the home camera and its only working when I am on the wifi at home. When I try to access the camera through my mobile data it always keep saying offline. Can you direct me if I am doing something wrong please? Overall it is a very good alarm system and it works perfectly. Thanks alot. Roderick

Really bad app,says its easy to use (aye right I'll tell the jokes )got this product before Xmas due to unforseen problems didn't try to connect it till about 3 weeks ago ,can't get it to connect to the Internet keeps on coming up connected no Internet got onto the makers but they're about as much use as wind in a space suit emailed them 2 or 3 times still waiting on a reply ,stay away from this product Cos for me anyway It doesn't do what it says on the tin .

I just bought the Cave LED light bulb and it said to download the app but the app looks different in the manual and I'm not able to connect to the light bulb as on the manual it gives you the page and tells u to select this one function, it all looks the same except the function I'm meant to be clicking isn't there, how am I meant to connect the Light bulb to my phone?
