What the heck is going on with payment system, you have it take you to a Webview page where it's tiny writing taking up a 5th of the screen with minute buttons. This was hard for me to do at 28 with good eyesight and motor function. Then it takes you to a Form that's also tiny until you press one of the boxes and then it magnifies it enormous. Sort it out.

Absolute nonsense. Unable to book a simple swimming session for me and my family. Tried phoning customer service, nobody there. Aren't they supposed to be encouraging people to keep fit...?

It was brilliant at first but now when I try book a class, it says its not supported by my phone. Im using a Huawei mate 20 Pro 6 months old. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, looked for updates and there isn't one so I cant understand why

Can't book badminton courts without a member ID and password. Can't see an option anywhere to create an account other than to sign up for a gym membership. looks like I'm going to have to keep spending 20 minutes on the phone each time I want a court.

i book clasess i turn up to said classes and then i receive Incorrect Emails saying i didnt turn uo to said classes ....On more than one occasion....
