    Very helpful and convenient. I could always use more cues (or clues) to "what might be found, where", so there is always room for improvement: thus I could only give it 4 Stars. But it seems useful and helpful: like a good start, without any disruptive (or any) ads as far as I could see.

    Know idea what's going on or who's doing it, but somehow my messenger got connected with my email and every time I get a message, I also get an email. Want to find out how to stop that. Also my phone makes a noise every time I get an email, want that stopped, too. Shame I have to turn my phone off, because it makes too much noise.

    Ever since the April 24 update, I can no longer access my account on the application. I can access my account on a web browser but the app says it "is not available at this time due to technical difficulties." Running on OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren 5G with the latest updates installed as of today Apt, 28.

    I love Tmobile, but I just started using the app. Because of hold times this evening, I decided to figure out a call back. That wasn't so easy to figure out so I had to chat w someone. I did learn but it doesn't give me an option for technical services. So I'll have to explain to a rep, be put on hold so I can talk to a tech. This not a fan.

    Updated today after months of ignoring App and using browser. Today I was checking payment specifics after making some changes to acct. Simple changes to different pages of info is slow & trying. I wanted to make an extra payment for a device purchase & I could not get the App complete the transaction & send. In under two minutes I had completed the same transaction in the browser.

    I updated the app because it told me I 'had to so that I could use it' and now it just Spins and Spins and Spins and never loads! However, the latest update has this app doing just fine. Sometimes updates create Havoc like the previous one. And some seem to correct the problems like the present one. So, although it was one star before it is now four stars. Because I'm not an all-or-nothing person I'm a wait-and-see person.

    The statement your updates include bug fixes is hysterical. You have ruined this app in the past year. It used to be great, but now continually says it is sorry it cannot download voicemail. It's like a bad girlfriend, or boyfriend, who keeps apologizing and won't make any changes in their behavior. I'd break up, but unfortunately I need voicemail. Fix the app. I would hope you have hired people who actually can do the job. Maybe stop having meetings and let them work, or fire those who can't.

    I'm sorry, but your Voicemail really sucks. I can't get voicemails anymore at all. When someone calls and I can't answer the phone, if I know they will leave a voicemail, I still don't get it. 😠 I used to get voicemails from them, but that crappy Voicemail thing has not been working for like a year now, no matter what I do to try to fix it. You guys need to fix that issue. Seriously. If you must update something, Voicemail should be your top priority.

    I love T-Mobile for the service in general, the price, the coverage etc... But I don't understand how a billion dollar company can't provide a functional mobile application. I've been with T-Mobile for like 7 years now and I literally have not been able to use their app for about 5 years. Every time there is an update I'm like "Great maybe it's finally fixed!"... Nope. I open the app and get nothing but white screen on everything I click. Boggles my mind.

    Always hangs with the spinning icon. I can't believe that a company like T-Mobile that specializes in providing phone service CANNOT make a phone app. Makes me wonder if their data speed could be faster since they can't make an app work without major faults. So I conclude that their data service probably has some technical issues as well that make the data speed I get slower than it should be. If they can't make an app work then their data service is probably slower than it should be. Sucks!

    Update on my earlier review. This app needs some serious work. If I use it once, I have to reboot the phone to get it to work again at a later time. I'm amazed that a phone company can't get their own app to work correctly. T mobile has good service, but the app sucks big time. Surely you can do better than this!!.. Update on 2/27/2020: app was ok for few months, but last update forgot my login details and takes forever to load. Decent phone company, lousy app

    Very convenient and easy to use. I'm very pleased with the Tmobile app; just from navigating and exploring the app, my opinion has changed to a more positive one of my cell phone service provider. I was once very unhappy with Tmobile and swore that as soon as i finished payimg off our phones (which is why we have a 2 year commitment), that I would switch to another service. But now i believe that theres hope for my family to have good a good experience, and thus relationship, with Tmobile.

    I used to love tmobile! But now during this most important critical time in our lives they decided to disconnect me due to thier incorrect infomation. I set up a extension with them. Now all of a sudden dates have been changed without any type of knowledge or any type of heads up from them to inform me that things changed and i needed to pay up sooner! The payment plans have always been set up for every 2 weeks but now it changed to 1 week diffrence! Not right!!!!

    I love TMO. I live close to the Bay, thirty miles from San Francisco. My coverage could be better but that's the way it is. Tmo works well near a freeway. Hopefully the coverage will be better in the near future. Most professionals use Verizon because the coverage is better and our doctors and nurses need this coverage. I'm not belittling Tmo. I've been with Tmo for several years. I don't care for ATT or Verizon's business practices. For that reason, Tmo is the best.

    Every single time, over the last six months, I've tried to use this app it says "sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties try again later". That's it, that's all it does. No version or update has fixed it. Oh and I can't even delete off my phone because it installed itself as a system app. Edit: months later still doesn't work. Absolutely, pathetic.

    Cannot use this app for about 2 months. All I see is the screen where the two squares smashing into the T. I cleared the cache , cleared the data. Restarted the phone. Optimized the phone. I have plenty of memory and storage on my phone. The app is updated. Had to call to pay my bill. Which is not a big deal since customer service is amazing but I really like the ease of having the app which I can't currently use. SIDE NOTE: Please add option for finger print login.

    Used to work as intended. Now only able to pay bill and I have to force stop the app, then clear cache to do that much. Uninstall/reinstall and even a factory reset of my phone does not fix the Home, Account or More tabs to load, nor can I access the add-on screens for any of my listed phones should the Account screen magically appear. Accessing both contact icons (chat or phone) causes a not working right now error, then they grey out until cache clear. HTC ONE M9

    The App has gone downhill over the past year or so. It's very buggy and sometimes doesn't work at all. Also I've changed my password 5 or 6 times because the app is constantly asking me to update it. It's so annoying I even called customer service and complained about it. Makes it almost unusable.

    I can't get through to the Review your balance and check data usage! Not on my phone, not on my Mom's tablet and not on my sister's computer! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and then was able to get the account review page yesterday, now today Jan 16, it won't open again!!! Jan 18, can't get the review page to open and neither can anybody I talked to!!?? 4/13/20 problem still the same!

    This app constantly has issues or freezes while browsing it. I tried to receive a text, for verification/resetting my password, but never got it. Then, I tried to use my T-mobile connected tablet, but the app wouldn't let me sign in and then told me I reached my reset password limit? I called customer service, have been on hold for 35 minutes - without any live person having picked up, and the automated system said that I can get a call back, without waiting on hold, which would be over 2 hours

    This app sucks. The website sucks. They make it impossible to pay off all of your equipment and installment plans. I had to go on the website and pay everything separately. I couldn't just pay off the entire amount all at once. It also wouldn't let me make the same amount payment more than once in 24 hours. So for 4 things that cost the same amount I have to go through 4 different days to pay them online. They're trying to get the most money out of you by making efficient payments impossible.

    Update to previous review: am yet to be able to see my account, pay a bill through the app. Let's not even mention that most times the app simply doesn't open. Not that the website is much better mind you. Am not even sure how you can create such a poor app. Simply never works. Each time I get a "oops our wires got crossed. The app is not working sorry"

    2nd edit: Nope, can't make payments again. Edit: Looks like they've fixed it, was able to make a payment with no issues. The app used to be ok, but for the last several months all I get is a white screen whenever I try to pay my bill. I can log in and see the first page (most of the time) but tapping anything yields a blank or constantly loading page, so the whole thing is basically useless.

    This app does not work, has not worked for weeks. Does not load any user data into it or allow any uselful account management whatsoever. Even when it used to work it was spotty and difficult to use. This is a case of a phone and service provider who can't get their own app to work. It's sad. I feel embarrassed for you T-Mobile. You should likewise be embarrased...you can't get an app right. Cell phones are your entire business, for crying out loud. This reflects POORLY on you... in a big way.

    I haven't been able to pay my bill through the app or website in over two months. Neither will recognize my password and after I go through the hassle of resetting it, it gives me a "looks like we have our wires crossed" error. This is the second time I've had my service disconnected because I don't have time to make it into a store to pay my bill. What's the point of an app or website of neither is actually functional?

    I have tried every way possible to log in to my account. Your websitefor the past 72 hrs consistently read "Service Unavailable, Uh-oh it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later" I'm growing very impatient. The app has the same problem. Why is this an issue? All I want to do is login to my F***king account.     Bring back the old T Mobile U.S. based customer service! Recent calls to 611 to drop Tethering Mobile Hotspot monthly charge resultd in one time only credit of $10 on monthly charge. Now the wait time at 611 is longer. There is no T mobile store less than 1 hrs drive from where I live and work. This type of problem never happened in 19 years from when T mobile was Voice Stream, to the discontinuation of US based customer service by phone. Nothing good lasts forever.... time to switch...

    I have the same issues as most people. I call T-Mobile and they direct me to an app that I've never been able to open, doesn't recognize the new password I have to set up every time I open it and doesn't open with the old one. Crashes every other time I open it. Haven't been able to see usage or past bills to check if my phones been hacked. Waste of space

    It very seldom loads, when it does it's slow and glitchy or it crashes. It feels unsecure and is actually very unreliable.. edit: if I could delete this app from my phone, I 100% would. Literally using the website on the phone's browser is a million times faster and better πŸ˜‚

    This app is insane, I've never left a review on an app but I've been with T-Mobile for years now and EVERY month I go to log on to pay my bill there is a problem. Either the app is down or it doesn't recognize my password as correct. I've had to change my password a ton of times, I've even called to discuss this with someone in person. Although I've never had a problem with the service it's enough to make me want to switch carriers.

    I have literally never had a positive experience with this app. I constantly have issues with things not loading and buttons not working. A recent example I updated my autopay the other day and it never accepted it. I tried again 3 times and eventually had to go to a computer and get online because this app refused to move past me hitting accept. You'd think a phone company could make better apps for their own products.

    App is pretty good. T-Mo coverage, pricing and especially customer service are AWESOME! As a 16 year Sprint Customer, the difference is night and day. 2020-04-24 latest app ver = BUMMER: internal nav broken: tried to add COVID feature (thx btw) and (a) no internal nav buttons (b) back button does not work consistently (c) bottom menu does nothing (d) only way I can get out of submission confirmation page is to re-load the page. (e) fingerprint login not working or unintuitive. 5-star to 2-star.

    Unfortunately I'm a T-Mobile customer & this app/site pretty much reminds me of 2012. Example, they'll be a big pink button that says UPGRADE then ya know.. see what your eligible for in no time.. so I thought ya let me check that out, then of course it pops up "sorry but you'll have to call customer service at blah blah". The whole app is click are, u can't even check your balance without going through a 20 min headache. I really miss MetroPCS, they are sooo under-rated.

    I would be ecstatic if this app alerted me 7 days before my bill or minimum amount was due..pretty much a heads up on upcoming payments. 2 months compensation/retroactive payment would go alot farther to a committed,loyal customer than an alert from an automated system that is worried about payments to the penny. Almost 15 years I've divulged myself to remain as loyal/reasonable as possible. Not once have I received any compensation other than a representative congratulating me for my commitment

    Downloaded this to view my DATA USAGE, CAN'T FIND it on the app. But if I want a PDF of my bill for some reason I can get that πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Would be great if they had a real-time data usage monitor with this app that appears on your phone, for now I guess I'll resort to using their website on my computer.

    I just switched to TMobile and I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the app, it won't sign me in it just loads and loads. Also how they charge a tax fee to pay your phone, I had boost mobile and paid the same but never had to pay a tax fee. Idk thinking about going back to Boost Mobile, I honestly thought T Mobile would be better.

    I have T- mobile as my cell phone carrier. It won't recognize my phone number (which is the only number on my T- mobile account) or my email address (which is the email address T- mobile contacts me at) to allow me to contact T- mobile to pay my bill and update my credit card information! I can not recommend this app !

    The most Crab service. Don't waste your money here. Thier phone service coverage is very week, thus it keep sending callers to voicemail mail. After I give up on my service I had to switch to different provider. Thier reaction was to send one month bill to the collection. It was all fraud, I explain that to collector but she don't care & messed my credit score, deducted100 points. I was in a prepaid plan how come I owe them any balance right after I switch to different plan. Just stay away!!

    The t mobile app works fantastic ! It's amazing how I don't have to drive,walk,or show up to t mobile everytime I have to pay my bill,and I can also make payment arrangements online the app works great.

    T-mobile is horrible. I've been with them since December of 2019. I get on this horrible app that they suck at creating. It won't even let me add a new line or buy a phone like it says I can. When I click shop for phone and pick one its says to call them. I called them yesterday 4/13/20 to order my new ipad pro and they're sending it from Illinois to California which is just insane. Now I have to wait till 4/16 or later just to get my tablet to me here in California. They're garbage

    Months ago I logged into this app to pay my bill and it just wouldn't load/transfer the payment. Just a never ending loading screen. Paid my bill online and tried again the next month, same thing, went to login on the site and my username and password were no longer stored. Have changed my password I don't know how many times since and it never stores the info and doesn't seem to store the password change from last time. I assure I know what I changed my password to.

    Whenever I open the app, I should be asked to login using my fingerprint. THIS IS A COMMON SENSE MOVE ALL APP DEVELOPERS SHOULD BE FOLLOWING. Also, I prefer my apps with a dark theme. For a supposedly customer-first company you failed there. You fix those 2 items, and you will receive my 5 stars. Update: when I go to make a change in the add-ons, you need to have a shortcut back to the main sub screen after a change was completed.

    And another FORCED update. Like 3rd in a month. Another tech company that can't make a reliable app. . And an app that you usually need to get on quickly but you can't because it constantly forces you to update first. With TMobile crappy service you probably won't be able to.

    The app glitches and gets stuck constantly. It has trouble with the customer service contact commands, making it impossible for messaging with customer service. It's really only good for bill pay and that's about it.

    With T-Mobile, 17+ years and counting. The latest update, won't finalize. They do take care of our needs ( mostly ) and they are thee reason everyone else is matching the offers of T-Mobile! Now with the acquisition of Sprint, they are going to get even better! The last OS update has fouled up my device permissions! Apps I don't want now install and I have to keep unlocking my device in my car though it is supposed to stay unlocked when Bluetooth is on in my car.

    Thanks for throttling me. Ever since your 5g network came out youve slowed down my phone and my wifes phone cant even watch a video on youtube or play a game that requiers a soild connection. This network used to be faster than my wifi now its worse and my wifi is terrible. I guess this is how you get people to spend money on upgrades even though we have perfectly working phones ir other devices absolutely pathetic. POS Company

    I have never been able to access my account. For the past 5 days, it won't allow me to get past login of my phone number or name. Error message saying they are experiencing problems try again later. So I continue to call tech support today I have been on hold 2's. 1x for 4 hours and the second time 3 hrs, both times I was disconnected. NO, THIS APP DOES NOT FUNCTION ON MY Samsung Galaxy.

    Every time I log into this stupid app or try I always have to change my password because for some strange reason or another my password doesn't work so when I go and change it to what i want it to be, because i thought that's what it was, it actually turns out that it was that password to begin with and now i have to choose something else!!!! THIS IS ANNOYING!!! Fix this stupid ass app with this stupid password situation or i swear I'm uninstalling!!!

    Well... I'm a veteran... I love when something comes as advetised... so far this experience has surpassed all my expectations. Is my first time with a phone company that I can say I have no regrets. Not just the app, but all the service... I love the fact that I can add restrictions to my daughters web search from this application, since she is just a child... is awesome... I definitly recomend it for parents.

    This app MANDATES that you update it everytime you use it. I have never heard of an app updating every 30 days 12 times a year. What is wrong with it every 30 days? Whenever I pay my bill online the app HAS TO BE UPDATED FIRST before i can use it. Why can't the programmers ever get it right?

    The app, phone-in customer service, technical help, in- store sales staff, and my phone ... the works couldn't be possibly better! I never, ever have liked telephone companies and somehow got screwed around every turn. I'm on the 55 + plan and I love it. Very affordable and T-Mobile Tuesdays or a fun bonus!

    My app doesnt work. Guy from tmobile sent me link to new app. And link doesnt work. Cannot update the app opened it from the Google Play Store supposed to be the updated app says it was updated February 5th 2020 and guess what is still doesn't work.     Cheating tactics, I transferred to FI the main number... T mobile: Sorry we charged you for few months cause you didn't transfer both numbers. Ok it's my mistake, oct 22, cancel the second number, t mobile: we have to charge one final time. Fine, just course the dang account. March, tmobile, no proof of you calling in October to cancel ... I had to cancel it again, t mobile, we have to charge you one final time. Gorila cheating tactics.... Stay the hell away from t Mobil.

    The update is pointless to me. My main screen is lagging daily, I have to go to another screen just so I dont see the little circle... circling around regularly. I shut my phone off, my phone is slow, with the highest speed. Booooooo!!!!

    DO-NOT believe the advertised rates (TV, Radio, Print, over-the-phone). You WILL pay more. T-Mobile are now actively lying: I was paying $70.00 inc. taxes for years. Heard of a $55.00 plan and called to switch. My bill went up to $73.66. Customer service & supervisor (Taylor) politely attempted to confuse me but can’t go back to old rate. Bait and switch by T-Mobile - Buyer beware

    10 year customer here. Had Many phones, seen many app updated & the same issues are persistent. App loading forever. Have to delete data/cache & start over. Only good to see your recent bill if I get lucky. Can't even buy/upgrade to new phone. Was told by rep that they are overloaded(?)didn't pay for bandwidth?

    This app needs a lot of things to be fixed. It has not worked properly atleast once when I tried to navigate through it. This has been the case ever since I was with T-Mobile which is more than 4yrs. I don't know if they have the intention to fix them even in the future.

    Ive been having issues with tmobile and the app since i started using them. Honestly i wouldnt recommend tmobile to anyone ever. They have terrible customer service and will put in the wrong information and basically lock you out of your own account. Ive tried resetting my password several times and it still doesnt let me in the app. And when i call them and finally get someone on the phone they cant help me, even the reps at my local store are useless. DO NOT USE TMOBILE FOR A CARRIER!

    I have experienced issues every single month while trying to pay my bill. I have updated the app every time it allows me and uninstalled/ reinstalled multiple times. Not sure if it is a compatibility issue with my phone. Very frustrating.

    Kinda dissapointed.. I just got a new phone today being my first time ever getring t mobile, the people are very nice and helpful but also quick to hurry up and finish. The t mobile app has not let me sighn in and ive been trying for hours but still no luck.. It keeps telling me theres technical difficulties.. Why?? Is it just me?

    I discussed issues about coverage in my area and the rep said he would. I guess he did and told me the coverage was fine. After using it for a short time, I found that when I get a call, it simply disconnects. My friend will call me back on my landline . I basically got the two phones for me and my friend.

    I hate TMobile. They are the worst. They "won't/can't" open a phone that I still owe money on, I can't use it, its locked out. Lots of info on it & all they say-Reset it! I lose everything on the phone. Never will I use them again, they are shady. They say the phone's free, but I have to pay $90 deposit & then find out that the deposit was toward the phone & actually I get credit toward the phone balance every month-I have to stay with them for 2 yrs!! Also, why am I paying for a line I cant use

    I love the app, it looks good and tells me everything about my account and my usage in an easy interface. I also want to thank T mobile for giving me an extra 20g of hotspot data for no charge this month to help with the CoronaV health scare. T mobile has given me something I can really use. What a blessing!

    App having problem with the messenger cause I receive messages really late. You can't really access to all the option like on web side. UPDATE: Website is a mess. I can't even see my order status. App and website are really bad. They update the app but still not working good. All I can see is a blank page

    Needs fix. This app only works for new plans. It's useless if you have an old T-Mobile plan. Most tabs will show "Webpage Not Available". The payment will direct you to their website anyway. Another problem is their mobile site is too basic with only limited account information compared to Desktop version.

    Up until the moment that you change the password you can back out and use the correct password. This would work for this app if it wasn't set up this way on purpose. T mobile told the programmer what they wantef and they have had years to fix it. The fact that it still malfunctions means that T mobile wants it this way.

    This app changes everyday. It is pretty easy to navigate most of the time. Sometimes info is not updated in a timely matter, such as payments posting the same day.

    It is so frustrating that even though I say to keep me logged in it constantly logs me out. It doesn't give the option to remember your password. Even though there is a check box there, it still doesn't remember. Every time I log in, i have to change it even though I know my password

    Great easy fast and highly effective. I was able to alleviate my situation by texting one of their experts. I had been on the phone for a while and was extremely irritated. But the rep over text helped me out quickly and efficiently without having to hold on the phone and wait for someone else that could not help me.     According to the news during this time of coronavirus and everything all of the carriers have agreed that they would not shut people's phones off just because they couldn't pay their full bills or anything however obviously this is not the case because T-Mobile just shut my phone off due to non-payment because I was waiting on my check to come in to pay my bill I hope the rest of them are doing it but as far as T-Mobile goes I guess they're above the law too bad

    Been with T-Mobile for years. Love Samsung phones & mostly good service during weekdays during normal business hours. Unfortunately, issues with connectivity have happened at night & weekends & their calls are routed to the Phillipines. Update: Over 55 plan: $55 for 2 lines, $5 off for autopay unlimited everything, taxes & fees included as advertised is NOT $55 with fees included. It's $55 PLUS taxes & fees PLUS $20 MORE for second line. Total bait & switch. Bill went UP $40 instead of DOWN.

    Using finger print to log in doesn't work and hasn't worked for at least a year. Doesn't matter how many times you turn it on in the settings. EDIT: Still doesn't work even on my new Galaxy S20+ 5G.

    My phone hasn't been able to work without WiFi and I have a good 4G plan but it hasn't worked in 4 months about to be 5. I am writing this on wifi connection. I am so disappointed and angry because all of a sudden it doesn't work for 4 months. Its there but it only uses megabytes on stupid apps. Not even 1 GB in the past 2 months and nothing works not even Google photos.

    The T-Mobile app is certainly better than Sprint, Verizon and At&t. They are all very similar but T-mobile's app is very user friendly. It certainly nice being back with T-Mobile after experiencing a horrible experience with Sprint. Sprint is by far the biggest con-artists out there!

    It keeps gettung more and more useless, I wanted to use my Jump On Demand and picked a phone that said zero down, So I tried to use the Upgrade Function in this T-Mobile App and I still had to call in but the T-Mobile device went from Zero Down. This app is more useless then a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest.

    It let me log in, but that's all I am able to do with this app! Can't scroll to any other tabs, tapping on anything on the main screen results in webpage errors, can't view anything in the app. Waste of time and space. I have an LG G8 Thinq, on Android 9 and nothing is working at all in this app.

    You've used 48 GB of data this month. If you exceed 50 GB before your T-Mobile cycle resets on 03/25/2020, you still get unlimited data but may at times notice reduced speeds in areas with network congestion. Info & usage tips: Ok... I take another mobile operator Verizon, AT&T...

    I have been using T-Mobile for like 20 years...if I ever had an issue they took care of me with no question! I love this app! Very convenient to pay your bill & to get info! Never have a problem with it!

    Need to add the choice to cancel payment arrangement on app. It makes it seem like you will double draft payment if you get the means to pay earlier than scheduled to bring your account current. Just put a cancel option on the app. A good way to lose customers is to mess with their money.

    I do not know how many years that I been with T-Mobile? Everyone that works for T-Mobile that I met in person or talked to on the telephone has showed Excellent Customer Service and they always let me know about the deals that is going on.     Extremely easy to navigate and easy to find information. Easy to read! Most sites use small fonts that are horrible to read. T-Mobile site is great.

    Awesome App to Useful!!! I always pay my billing on app and if I need issues or troubleshoot they already have message on app don't have to make a calls with agent take longer than messages. Love it!

    Just signed up for T Mobile. Downloaded the app. It will not give me an ID to begin the log in / registration process. Went back in later to see if I could problem solve and it wouldn't even open. Will be uninstalling.
