I can not pay my bill. It saying no internet connection but that's a lie because I'm using my wifi. I've been trying to pay my bill for a week with the same message. This is frustrating and I'm not going to call customer service and get charged a fee to pay my bill when clearly something is going on with the app!

Been a long time customer! Love it. Excellent customer service and service coverage. The jump program keeps you in the most current phones with a convenient pay plan.

Great over all, fast connect, when there is an issue the team is beyond great, willing to go the extra mile. Every charge an bill info is clear and black an white nothing hidden. Awesome experience, I would recommend to everyone, also if you live in the country like me get the signal booster, truly helps. We have signal where there wasn't one.

T-Mobile app is not working. I was trying to pay my bill and it keep saying "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". I have been having this problem since yesterday. I have checked my service and it is fine. Plus it say fix it and I go and push it to fix it and than it would fix it and than all a sudden it would say, "NO INTERNET CONNECTION" again. It was working fine until the service went out around 1am. So please fix the problem. Or is there and update of the system that I don't know about. Fix it. Pls.

I love my t-mobile if I've ever had a problem their teams have gone out of their way to resolve any issues I have had. Costumer care is awesome 👍. Ok update resent update has left me wondering what are you thinking I can't even access my account or link anything in a text. Says I'm not in WiFi then it's fixed then it's sorry. What?

The app never loads! I would like to pay my bill, but the screen just cycles and cycles. The app works about one of hundred tries. Please fix it. Again, again and again this program is a mess! Still unable to login to pay bill. It just insist I am not connected to the internet and while its auto fixing it SHUTS OFF MY INTERNET, says connection is not allowed! I really am a nice guy but I do have my limits. The system never notifies of updates. Get new program or programmer.

STILL Won't connect. Says no internet but that's not true. After clicking fix it says it fixed it, but then goes right back to telling me I have no internet in the app. Useless.

This app doesn't work 😡. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it just never works. It constantly tells me I have no internet access, that the app will fix it, and then it doesn't. I'm in my home using my own Wi-Fi so I clearly have internet access. Un-useable (not sure if this is a actually a word but also not sure if this is actually an app)

Well yesterday November 25th I was able to see this app and it was working now today November 26 the app has now went back to the way it was the first time I had this first problem why is it keep going bad one day is working good and now this is the second day and it's back to the same way it was the first time that I called you all or please try to fix this app there is no reason why I should be having this.

I've never had a problem with this app. It's been a little quirky here and there, but at least it always worked. Whatever you did with the last update has rendered it 100% useless. It won't even load at all now. There's nothing else to report about it such as what I did right before it failed. I pressed on the T-Mobile icon to launch the app, and that's it. A white screen with the stylized T comes up, and that's all it does.

Usually works without issue but it has been saying no internet connection for the last 4 days! UPDATE: 11/25/19 App still not working!!! #useless and now #deleted

Every option just leads to a blank screen. Want to look at your account usage? Here's a blank screen that says Account Details at the top. Want to pay/refill your balance for the month? Hope this blank screen that says Prepaid Refill at the top will help. Change your rate plan? Says Rate Plan at the top then the rest is, you guessed it, a blank screen. Pages used to load half the time now nothing loads ever. Completely useless.

The app is broken. It's been basically garbage for a year now. Slow buggy and not user friendly. Now it literally just doesn't open. "There is no internet" even though I'm able to stream full 4K quality videos just prior to and after attempting to use the app. Maybe focus on actually having a useful product that works.

This app sucks! It will charge your card for the past due and your next bill as well. There is no screen to confirm payment. You'll assume you've paid the past due but actually your card will be charged for the next month bill as well, even if it's not due yet. Awful service all around I won't be with them much longer!

Unreliable and never works. Anytime you need to log in (which is rare seeing as the app never works, used it twice in the last few months because it rarely works) it requires a text message that sometimes never comes and even then an error screen pops up. Also the service is not 4g if you're on a payment arrangement, it's 2g

Why the flying **** do I not have the user option to NOT update my password if it has not been compromised? Thanks, I'll now begin to rotate through my inventory of common passwords over time instead of maintaining a dedicated T-mobile password, and potentially compromise all of those passwords which I use for the rest of my various accounts in a bid for enhanced security on my phone account. Maybe keep a password log somewhere saved on my drives, so that they can be compromised that way.

This app Login is really frustrating. Why do you have a remember password button if it never works. The fact that remember password button never works combined with the fact that your requirement for passwords make them impossible to remember drives me insanely mad.. to the point where I am tempted to drop you as my carrier. FIX THIS APP's LOGIN-Remember Password.

DON'T AUTOPAY with T-Mobile! They will keep taking your money months after you cancel! When I saw the charges on my account, I called expecting a refund, but nope- they argued and argued saying I had used their services for free, when I had ported my number out and been using another service's SIM card the entire time. Ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card. Extremely poor customer service, they don't care!!

This app isn't for txting, but more so keeping up with your actual account through the carrier. You can set your specific block requirements of what communicatiins you will and will not allow when you block someone, but other than that it's really more for like tracking orders of new phones, paying your bill...etc, things like that. It's handy. For the most part, I don't ever have to call them about my bill because I can see it all and can just do what I need to right from my phone.

Great for price, only issue is call quality between t-mobile users is 3 stars, mic so good picks up all back ground noise, have to drop LTE for clear call or use a bluetooth device. On a Samsung 10e, wanted to trade phones after 1 week because of this and was told it would cost 40 dollars...not much but the principle of the thing, nm.....

T mobile feels like good people; organic and intelligent, without the commonplace grubbing and earnings-based misdirection of their competitors. The app seems like AI, or at least the '20's version of it. Tight workflow. Has an apple'ish design. i came to TMobile over their stated corporate policy as regards net neutrality and throttling. i stayed for the everything else.

T-mobile remains one of the best Super power's of the Communication Field,although Verizon fios is its rival! But make No Mistake,T-mobile has the Best of the Best When it Come to great Service Quality and Professional Service Quantity!!! Need much improvement! Half the time app won't work, is down or something else including saying password is incorrect when it's not, forcing you to go through the hassle of changing it all the time! Already showed problems at TMobile, they admit they have the same problems!!

Since the last update everytime i open the app it keeps saying "no internet" even though i clearly have a stable connection through wifi, so i turned wifi off and then it still said "no internet connection" but when u click the fix now option it all of a sudden works, when I told a support rep. About it , he said the app works better on the network rather than wifi...its 2019 for godsake...it should work fine on wifi as well.

Worthless app, it's like they don't what you to look at your past bills to find out I've been double charged on one line. The troubleshooter doesn't work when it's something wrong with there equipment. Had to drive 30 miles to report a tower out, wouldn't let me connect to AT&T.

This app is amazing! Everything I need to know is at my fingertips! I am able to search for any T Mobile questions I may have about any of our many devices and find the answer right away...with little effort. We have been with TMobile almost 10 years and have no complaints. You guys are awesome and I'm proud to call myself a TMobile fanantic. 😁

The app is pretty good and does everything I want/expect it to. Tmobile service has improved leaps and bounds over the years which is why we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. They're priced about the same but T-Mobile includes unlimited everything and Netflix for the same price. Their coverage is good in cities but lacks where it's more rural, which can be a problem. Overall I'm happy with them.

T-Mobile needs to get it together!!! I can't wait till my year contact is over!!! Verizon here I come. T-MOBILE IS THE WORST!!! 1000% THE WORST!!! Was told today by customer service rep, that T-Mobile app is not available for no-contract customers. How ridiculous! Every other no-contract carrier I've had in the last TEN YEARS has had an app where I could see my plan and pay my bill. But, not T-Mobile? I thought being with a bigger company would offer more. Guess I was wrong.

I've been using the app for over a year and the bill section has never worked. Many features of the app simply don't work at all. I can't upgrade my phone thru the app either. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with Android 9. There's been no updates or improvements to these issues.

T-mobile has the worst App and website, their upgrade through the website and the app doesn't work. I've tried no less than 20 times over the past 3 years to use the upgrade function online and through the app using multiple devices with the same garbage outcome. Why should I have to get on the phone or spend hours in a store to do a simple upgrade that is supposed to be available online or in the app? I am tired of dealing with their incompetence. Time to see what Verizon has to offer.

The app used to be ok, but for the last several months all I get is a white screen whenever I try to pay my bill. I can log in and see the first page (most of the time) but tapping anything yields a blank or constantly loading page, so the whole thing is basically useless.

Horrible experience so far. I can't even get the app opened. Brand new phone, yet app says "you need an update." Tapped the update now button. Continuously buffering saying waiting to download. It's been waiting for more than 30 minutes, on multiple attempts for TWO consecutive days.

App won't work for prepaid. The message of "we're not ready for you yet" is what that means. It's a shame. My post paid account worked fine... Then, I dared to switch to prepaid to save money & boop...the app no longer works. I now have to use their website to manage my account. How hard is it to make the app prepaid friendly?

Yep, everybody's right: it's garbage. Hate to post a negative review but in all my years with T-Mobile (customer for about 10 years now) I don't think this app has EVER worked quite right. Lately it's been completely useless: logs in ok, just to throw a "clear text not permitted" error for every function. And even in the old days when the app worked at all, it was pretty glitchy. This is pathetic for a carrier of T-Mobile's status. FIX IT ALREADY!

It literally just stopped working . I updated and every time its saying I'm offline and it usually happens when I'd the first time using it.... that's ridiculous. Check on my data for the app says what's is been using since July... Sent a few feedbacks. Hopefully gets fixed asap

My experience has been great all the way until the started fixing the towers I guess to 5G since Thursday morning the towers been down it's now Monday morning still can't open my apps and no clear answer from customer service when it will be back up running but you want my money? I run a business so I use HouseCallPro and PayPal trying to open them it's not successful reads no wifi. All I can say is I'm disappointed and I'm moving my service to a different company I don't reccomend this company.

I've been with T-Mobile for 5 years and have been very happy with their service all around. From customer service offered at store fronts and with the Team of Experts(611), T-Mobile has proven to be the most reliable and customer first cellular service in the game. Their rates, promos, and tech offerings are unparalleled. The mobile app is convenient and the UI has constantly upgraded over time to match the advancements in technology over the years. I have this already preinstalled into my phone on set up and I have the un-carrier on my phone so it is all ready to go when setup was complete and I am a Starfleet officer and I know what is preinstalled and what isn't

App went bellyup sometime between Oct 15 and Nov 4. No internet then crashes. Follow up. The good folks at customer service reminded me to uninstall/reinstall/reboot. Also I turn my T-Mobile data off when at home and use my cable internet. This app doesn't seem to like that.

Seems every single time I go to pay my bill I have to call and pay the extra 8.95 to talk to someone now because the app never let me pay my bill on it... So instead of 50 its almost 65 after taxes and fees I don't know about you but 15 is a lot of money to me on a fixed income. Maybe one day it will work but I sihbt it it hasn't j. Two years now

Never had issues before now app keeps crashing. Keeps telling me no internet connection but I do have internet even with wifi does not work. It tells me to try again or fix now. When clicking fix now it tells me fix but still gives me the same thing.

I love T-Mobile I really haven't had very many issues as far as problems than I had the fire phone I do have one concern every couple of months I lose the ability to access my mobile hotspot it always says verifying accountI always have to reset my phone and I move just about everything and have to read put everything back in my phone I don't like

This is the third time I am making the suggestion to you. I don't think it is necessary to use a password every time you enter the T-Mobile app. If a person forgets that password they go through a lot of trouble to get it reset please fix or will uninstall this stupid app

For what they have an affordable cell phone plans. They lack in quality service, horrible spotty reception, unnavigable websites, multiple redundant apps requiring a bunch of passwords, passcodes and pincode ect. Waste of time, completely frustrating. Making something that could be simple in to a hour long process. They wear dumb pink shirts also when they process your payment it sounds like they're jerking it. It's very disturbing.

Forcing to update an app "just because", preventing any use of the app, just because your developers are unable to create a functioning app, that literally worked perfectly just ten minutes ago... I'm sure you're going to respond with a generic, "email us", and "we're doing it for to improve your experience". My user experience was just dropped to negative, and my pleasure of the experience is non existent now. Making completely useless decisions, to force your customers like that, damn, POS.

I have to change the password every time I try to log in. So twice a month when I go to pay the bill. I even wrote down the password this time to see if I just keep forgetting. nope it logs me out and forgets the password.

All apps should auto update when in wifi, that way we don't get the surprise of having to pay for international roaming when needing the app that won't work because it is not updated thus forcing us to pay more $$$ and waste more time to wait for snail speed data flow ... IF we can even get signal ...

The app is constantly glitching and won't let me log in. My husband and I have separate logins and the app refuses to let me reset my password without my husband also having to reset his. Then, when he resets his, mine needs to be reset again. Bottom line is that one of us is unable to login at all times. My app will also not allow me to login using his username/password combo and vice versa. Samsung Pass works with this app about 20% of the time.

This app is really frustrating when it comes to logging in. What is the point of having a "Remember Password" button if it never works? I have been forced to change my PW almost every time I want to log in because that button doesn't work, and I get locked out. I've changed it so many times I don't remember it.

App is horrible. Has not worked for at least two years on two different phones. Website is not working either, on any browser. Won't let me pay, only manage payments. This app has always worked fine, until this latest update. "No internet connection". I have paperless billing. For years, I've always paid via the tmobile app. So, what now? I have to call customer service to pay my bill? C'mon guys!

The only reason why I don't like T-Mobile is that I have unlimited talk text and data but when you hit the data Gap your internet slow and your videos are slow so now I have to connect to Wi-Fi to do anything and they need to go forward and telling their customersthat once you hit your data Gap your phone's going to run slow

The tmobile app is not working on my phone that is supposed to be preloaded with the app. When i click on its app icon the pink tmobile screen opens but just sits there...there is no progress line or any operation going on. I have 3 minutes of screen shots showing this "lockup."

This app remains TERRIBLE. It came autoinstalled with my T-Mobile-purchased Alctatel Tab 3T, and has been updated via Google Play religiously, yet it STILL DOES NOT WORK on the tablet. The app forces me to instead use the My.T-Mobile web site. If the deliver the app as part of prepackaged, uninstallable bloatware, then it g*dd@mn oughtta work out of the box and for all time. Rate it ZERO if available. GET TO WORK, T-MOBILE!

I have had TMobile for years and since new update or this last mth this service is the worst I've seen in forever, it's highly annoying when I can't even get into my own T-Mobile acct.... And constantly have to shut the phone down and restart to get a connection.... And I pay the highest amt for Xtra everything!!!!! WTH???

Every time this app updates--which is required and cannot be delayed--I have to setup/renew my user information. It also breaks down often, and consistently stops working near the end of the billing cycle when I need to see my usage most. Very disappointing.

Your app really is incompetent and highly infuriating! It has messed me up two times which may seem insignificant to you but it has damaging impact on me as a customer. It has inaccurately processed my payments which uses funds inappropriately in my account for other financial responsibilities. What happened to corporations having fiduciary responsibility, especially with other people's money? You have no idea the impact or the hardships you impose and then a simple rep apology is supposed be ok?

I love T-Mobile! I have never had any issue they couldn't fix. I've been a customer for four and 1/2 years and I plan on staying with T-Mobile for life. I've been with other carriers but nothing compares to service, plans, offers, benefits or price like T-Mobile. They are simply the best.

Forcing password changes every update or about 3 months, suck! Where is the option to hide the hint or something? Other than that, it works to pay my bill and see plans, billing info, usage and such. Cannot comment on the troubleshooting abilities for this phone.

Links lead to errored out pages saying clear text not allowed, crashes when pressing "call us", and the menu at the bottom bar doesn't actually do anything. Functional only as far as opening the app and that's it.

This app is garbage! It keeps saying I'm offline when I'm not and wont let me access my account. Clearly why Tmobile is still the small dog compared to the big dogs in Att, Verizon, and Sprint. At least there apps work!!!

9/21/19 It's a shame that they don't care enough to fix their app so it will work. It's been broke for several months. The service is great and no problems with internet, just a app that they WON'T FIX.

The app is strange to navigate. I guess and feel lucky when I find a feature, but usually can't replicate the process the next time. HATE the way the app is designed.

This app has gotten to be worthless and I can't use it. It has requested an update now twice since last night and then says it is not available and to logon to T-Mobile with a browser.

App has been broken for months, with almost zero functionality. It's insane that a company of this size can have an app that is this broken. I have been a customer for years and am frustrated that I can't even check my data usage without logging into the website.

I hate that it seems like i am updating this app all the time. Every time it wont ket me use it until i update it tgen i have to go find my password again and i dont get the information i need from the app when i need it. i have a co-account with my cousin we set up a payment plan and money was taken out of my account to pay but around a week later our phones/ service were suspended saying we still owed full amount when previously i paid half. tmobile is a load of bull. And not to mention the app is always down bc they are "fixing" it. Terrible company and service

Keeps telling me I'm running offline and whenever I press the "fix now" it says it's fixed then goes back to saying I'm running offline. I have to go to the mobile internet to check my bill or do other things. Deleting app!!!!

Let's face it. You can get the same phone deal just about anywhere. As far as cost that is. That said, the reason I gave T-Mobile such a high rating is because, I never have any problems with them. And that is one less headache in my day, week, month, year, etc.....


This app never works anymore. It always claims there is no internet connection, even after it's"fixed". Uninstalling and re-installing it does nothing to fix either. Get it together T-Mobile please instead of trying to buy up everybody else....

Downloaded but doesn't open and my connection is superb! This app needs a maintenance manager 24 hours a day. But we all know that software ignites these apps & updates. Whatever🙄 but needs fixing asap!

This app takes a literal LIFETIME to load. It doesn't matter if you have Wi-Fi or data. It doesn't work well & is very glitchy. This app needs work & while you're at it, T-Mobile, please expand your coverage area already! I've had T-Mobile for 3 yrs now & it still sucks.

Never have had any troubles with T-Mobile. I'm always spacing forgetting my bill, instead of bloodsucking callers you simply get a text reminding you. The app makes it really easy to maintain your bill and account. Good stuff.

Do not buy the Google OnePlus 7 it does not have any features for the price.You would be better off buying a flip phone because every feature you need you have to come to the Google play store and add it to the phone. There is no reason to waste your money on this phone and if you are on the jump program and are like me and was not explained that there is a balloon payment at the end you need to inquire about that this phone can't schedule time for future text messages, can't record,nothing.

I'm currently not happy my phone has not been working properly since Thursday morning due to a update to the towers it is now Monday morning still the same. I highly recommend a different company. Owning a business me being able to utilize my applications is a big deal I call customer service no clear answer when it will be back up but you want my money? Not acceptable!
