    This app has a way to report issues with everything except the app performance. We need a way to report issues with the app itself. Right now I have a screenshot of the app saying "driver here, leaves in 4 min." And the driver is literally blocks away. This keeps happening and when the 4 min is up it switches drivers. I'm becoming very frustrated I need this service to get to work reliably.

    Just freaking horrible, I have never had a problem with my card or service until now. Mind you, this is the same card i been using forever.. now all of a sudden it wants a secondary card? Why??? I don't have a secondary. So now what getting anders or help is like trying pull teeth from a tiger. Uber is more expensive but reliable. I've been late to work twice now cuz of their last minute notifications. Lyft sucks now.

    App is very glitchy. It can see my home address/current location and where I need to go, but won't load past the "where are you going" page. I select the address I want to get a ride to and it won't load any further. Bolt and Uber work way better. Also, the currency is listed as dollars, I understand this app was made somewhere where they use dollars, but it should be region and currency specific to that region. Please sort out your app for people who live in South Africa.

    App decides to make you enter a second debit card just before you need to schedule your trip. Doesn't bother to let you know that you will need a second card when you are entering the info for your first card. Didn't have access to a second card at the time that I was scheduling. Made me late for work, triggered me, and now I am here.

    The app is great and helpful when you can actually get a ride. There needs to be more of a hit to their ratings when they accept your ride, drive 5 minutes, then cancel it on you. Twice now this morning I've been cancelled on and because of it I'm going to be late to work. Update- Please stop sending me drivers 20 minutes earlier than requested. I don't feel comfortable having someone sit outside my house that long as I'm getting ready.

    Can't reliably get rides anymore. Used to always find one, now is completely unable frequently. When it does they are often 10+ min away. I'm not in the middle of nowhere either, I'm in the 3rd biggest city in the US. At the very least give useful information to your users about availability not this "there are plenty of drivers" BS. If you can't do your job, tell me so I can call an Uber or something, don't string me along for 10 minutes.

    It always gives me inaccurate arrival/drop off times and the times they list don't make sense. A better system for when the driver is going to be there/when the rider is going to be dropped off needs to be put in place. I've booked Lyfts early in advance and gotten to events late because they give inaccurate arrival times and its too late to cancel at that point.

    GPS isn't up to date on road blockages. Keeps sending drivers down the street that has been under construction for 3 months now. Also wish it had a pin point for precise drop off like it does for pick up. GPS wants to keep going through a nonaccessable gate at my work that only semi trucks are allowed and it's always confusing having to explain to drivers to avoid it and where to go instead in the dark.

    Its usually cheaper than other competitor apps but it takes twice as long to find a ride and those drivers are usually further away. On the off change that they're close the app will bounce you around from driver to driver until the cheaper prices isn't worth it because you're late. Drivers once and if you get them are fine, but the app itself is terrible and generally a waste unless you have an hour to wait for your ever changing ride.

    This app is great when it actually works, but I can't tell you how many times I've have to wait an hour+ for a ride, even though it says it'll be here at a certain time. If I schedule a ride in advance, I still get looked over. Again, when it works it's great. I'm just sick of being late for work constantly.

    Downloaded app entered credit card information. It refused to let me book the ride without adding another credit card. I was stuck in a Starbucks that was playing extremely annoying salsa music until I almost lost my mind. Eventually I gave up and booked normal old fashioned taxi for an extra $30 but it was still better than wasting my time jumping through hoops for Lyft. Never. Again.

    SLOW, wait forever for it to say NO drivers even available!! They charge your card though as soon as you hit the confirm button! The money is returned to your account within a few hours but it could cause problems getting another driver if you have to do the driver search a few times and you are low on funds!!!

    So far, every ride I've taken has been great. Driver's are on time, friendly, easy to converse with and helpful. Rarely do you have to wait for a ride. But recently (now) I'm trying to book a ride and it's stuck on my last ride, which means that they don't have any driver's available. I guess I'll be downloading another ride app. That's unfortunate.

    I pretty much like this app. Only problem is that it is slow. I understand that sometimes the predicted time in the pick up window isnt right cause hey! THERE IS A GLOBAL PANDEMIC PEOPLE. The drivers are veing precautios. Never had a money problem with it. Never had a creepy driver. Cant say all my drivers are great cause some of them are to proud to care. But hey its cheaper than Uber. Plus if the prices are slightly higher that is because of our hated friend COVID19

    Had a GPS issue with a driver named sharondah this morning and the poor woman didn't get paid. Would really like a function added so that it's easier to help drivers out that get screwed over by GPS issues. Also, it was my first tine using the wait a bit feature for a diacount. I think that might have something to do with it.

    I only used this app a few times but my issue is the pick up/drop off location. I was told that wherever the trash cans are located that is the drop off location. That needs to be fixed because the trash goes in the alley behind the house. I have to give directions to get to my house and the driver still in the alley because that is where GPS takes them. USE A DIFFERENT GPS SYSTEM.

    One problem after the other. At 1st when I got the app it was nice, and then I got on the payment plan which made it a little better but now absolutely not every other driver will other cancel just to get the free money or the app wont-work. Waste of money waste of time too much stress they need to do better.

    The Lyft app has worked well for me, in general, but Lyft now has a new "car rental" feature, but I guess its too new, because in Sep 2020 I can't find any cars available to rent yet in LA. How can that be? I pressed on the 🔑 key, in the Lyft app, but no cars for rent show up on the map in the Lyft app yet. And yes, I updated the app.

    Honestly very misleading UI. Says ride booked only to be followed by looking for driver. Has an edit ride button that only leads to delete request button (what if I want to, I don't know, EDIT my ride). Probably great in metropolitan areas. Feels manipulative in suburban areas as far as leading you on just to say no drivers available. If this is what the cutting edge in software development is, I have a bridge I can sell you (but I'll take the 6 figure job barring that).

    This app is declining every day incredibly annoyed going to Uber hopefully it's better no consistency when it comes to getting rides there's always some sort of issue especially when it comes to pinpoint my location I request a ride from home and you'll tell me I'm too far from my address or if I request a ride to taking home from the grocery store the paint booth two blocks away from where I'm at without me knowing too many issues and I'm getting sick of it

    I clicked on the app to get short 4-5 mile ride home.. The app said $11 56...when the car arrived to pick me up I noticed it was now $18 72....i can understand a dollar or two adjustment but almost double increase and I almost didn't notice the price change.. Seemed to me like an attempt to upsell without me noticing.. I canceled ride immediately and called a friend for a ride.. :

    Horrible horrible app! Wasted so much of my time waiting!! Uber always comes through and helps me when I'm always stuck with this crazy slow app! I literally opened my Google apps store just to write a bad review! beyond Upset. I should be home by now! Once again I am waiting an extra 30 minutes again! Another night Uber comes to the rescue. Only use this app because it's cheaper. Besides that, FORGET ABOUT EVEN TRYING. Especially if you have an Android, save your good energy. LYFT do better!!!!

    Really terrible app, just doesn't work. So many issues to get a ride, unlock a bike. It simply doesn't function and can't use it at all after I already paid. Support is also horrible - takes 2 weeks to reply and cannot resolve issue.

    I have been using Lyft for about a year or two now. It used to be great, but lately, the waiting times have been ridiculous. My main issue right now however is the fact that I have about $97 in Lyft Cash, but they still charged my card and didn't use the cash at all. It was working up until recently. When I contacted support, they basically said it was my fault despite me having cash enabled. I NEVER disabled it. But I decided to turn it on and off then they still charged to my card!! It's bull!

    Lyft took $25 off two cards I used and will not credit my account. It shows $50 of Lyft cash, has my cards there as forms of payment. One of them I've used for 3 years. Now all my forms of payment even Lyft Cash are invalid. The cards are prepaid. So not only are they a lot more expensive than UBER, you wait a lot longer than you would for UBER and now the customer service is non existent... UBER👌 09/18/20- just found added fees to trip charges. Waited 1.5 hours dropped 3 times.

    Works great for requesting a ride. Shows picture of driver and car. Shows map and route and the destination fee. Biggest complaint, you can't schedule a pick-up time. Lyft gives instruction about tapping on a clock on the map then set a time, but no clock is ever there. Bummer.

    The app is very easy to use. Great drivers. Upset that I cant get ahold of anyone about charging me twice on several occasions. Also they should not charge until I get in the car. They always charge before the car even comes. It really needs to change.

    I have driven with other people and the drivers are scary it's like a roller-coaster ride. I heard it was cheaper than uber which it is so i decided to try. The app was unable to find a driver and even tho I never got a ride it put a $30 hold on my account for 5 days now. It's not my bank because uber does something similar. I have no plans on using this app in the future. Also the uber app is much better and user friendly

    First ride I scheduled (yesterday for today) didn't show up. Now I'm sitting here waiting for another one (an hour later). No notifications received no nothing. So far has done nothing but strand me. 2nd scheduled ride disappeared off my screen in front of my eyes with no notifications or anything to give me an idea of what was happening. I don't know if someone is still coming, I don't know if it got cancelled, I've received no notifications of any sort letting me know what is happening.

    Won't let me get a ride or take any of my credit/debit cards. I haven't used the app in a while so I had to update my credit card but whatever I put in as my payment it doesn't accept and says it's invalid. I have many different working cards. Fix you app

    This app will stay at one star until there is an easy one step process to report the lack of a matching license plate or driver photo without cancelling the ride and being hit with a user-paid cancellation fee. The current process is not consumer centric from a safety perspective.

    uber's prices are skyrocketing while lyft has been staying steady for me. I used to alternate between the 2 to get a ride in a rush now I use lyft almost 90% of the time even though there's typically a longer wait , but I can wait 10 minutes to save 30 bucks.

    This ride service is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!! Several times I try to get a ride the wait time will fluctuate..5 mins goes up to 11mins, 11 becomes 15mins.. and sometimes the ride will just disappear!!!! I assume the driver gets a "better option" and leaves you in the lurch!!!! I have been late every time i use Lyft, no more!!! Deleting my account and the app. Absolute disgrace!!!!

    Doesn't show pickup/dropoff locations correctly. None of my Lyft rides ever start/end at the correct address because it thinks that alleys are streets, and it allows the driver to say they have arrived when they are not here. I have this and Uber and never have this issue with Uber.

    Honestly hasn't gotten much better. The drivers are still questionable. The app still has problems taking payments where you have to enter your credit card multiple times. So eh. Very very eh.

    Horrible now lyft takes forever to find a driver when uber has alot of drivers but there prices are high. Never had this problem before and now there's an issue with my card which I've been using on this app forever. Lyft is going down hill people and it sucks.

    What was once a reliable ride share app has now cost me more in lost time waiting over 11/2 hours for a ride on multiple days in a row there is no convenient way to voice concerns and what was once a decent business cant keep a handful of drivers on hand during a prime time. Thanks late again and Lyft could not care less for its customers. Horrible experiences as of late! Keeps getting worse, so they bombard me with emails about ride scheduling and that option is nonexistent on my app

    There used to be an option to schedule a ride. Not a reminder to do so. That was a very useful option as scheduling the moment of usually resulted in late requests. I don't see a reason why it was removed.

    I definitely prefer Lyft over Uber as a service and their app is also better. It's easier to navigate than before but the driver cancelation is what have it 4 stars. So many times I get a ride, being told it's on its way, then to be canceled after waiting 10 minutes already. Not very good...

    I had uber. i wanted to change my payment option, as the debit card I used for payment was no longer valid, as I had closed that Acct. I simply wanted to use my Mastercard that was good. i tried changing the info online, no go. i called, they didnt want to change the card, even tho it was no good.. They "liked" the one I had originally..Told them if they can extract payment from it, I'll leave it as payment method. lol. Hello, Lyft!

    I don't understand why this app is so much crappier than Uber's. Not only that, but why can I add payment methods, but not select which one I want to use without changing the default freaking card. What's the point of storing the payments then?!

    Lyft keeps declining my card in the afternoon. It works fine in the morning, but then I have to use Uber in the afternoon because lift won't work. I've tried reinstalling and re inputting my card info.

    For the past three mornings I'm having trouble requesting lift your app telling me I have no internet connection which is ridiculous and when it do comes up I'm late for work after I'm trying to request a ride 30 mins before the hour. Please resolve your system it sucks at times

    Great most of the time. Sometimes does not show your actual location and the wait time is not accurate - add another 5 min at least. Drivers are always awesome though.

    App CAN be great but also CAN be garbage. Always works for me when I cut my location on but if not it will go to search my route and tell me that Lyft is unavailable try again. Will work fine if you're using location though and is cheaper than uber for a standard ride.

    Helps me to work in a pinch. Developers need to consider minimizing the amount of updates for this app as well as the size of the updates. For an app that people use to find rides in a hurry or as a back up plan, it isn't very user friendly to have to wait for an update every time. I use the app maybe once or twice a month and it seems like I have to do an update every time.

    Left my daughter waiting in the rain during a storm with groceries on a major highway for way too long. Listen, we love this app, but a driver needs to get penalized somehow for not showing up after the app accepts a 2nd attempt at a pickup that is over 30 mins wait time. I should get to downvote the ones who do this because they don't wanna be bothered with store runs. I had to use uber so her ice cream wouldn't melt and it made me very sad because they are crooks.

    My experience with lyft was good. Great drivers friendly some cars clean some not. New Las Vegas complaint about it is that when you want to add a note to the driver it's limited and not enough space to explain the driver what to expect

    No. I had a lyft that was 5 minutes away from me. It as glitchy. And tgw damn lyft was driving further and further away from where i was. No. They make it so you have no choice but to pay for the more expensive rides. You might as well just use Uber.

    I used Lyft 4 over a yr now & had multiple rides & no issues. a few mths ago I found myself in need of a ride back home 4 an emergency & I was stuck. I had no $ on any of my cards.     I'm never using Lyft again. The app keeps changing my destination, some of the drivers have a language barrier so if you need help they won't be able to understand you, and customer service is no help. If you want to travel safely, use anything but Lyft. The app will place you in the middle of no where instead of your destination. If you must, don't rely on the app to finish typing your destination, type it word for word.

    I used to love Lyft. I've been using the app for 2yrs. Just recently, they changed a lot. Customer service is hard to get a hold of someone now, I have been charged for a ride the app cancelled. (Couldn't find drivers) I was able to find the charge and dispute it, now they have it set up that you can't contact customer service. Even the email on the play store app no longer exist. The 24/7 chat box is garbage. It's been 2 days and no one has a hot a hold of me about this charge.

    good app, but im Disabled & When the driver supposedly gets to my location they go to the front then i get a text saying i missed my ride when im in the back, but they don't drive back to look! They have my location, then i get charged a no show when im standing out there! Very frustrating!     Both of my credit cards are rejected by the app. It says there's a problem with my "zip code." I live in Canada, and have a postal code. I checked with my credit card companies, and confirmed that I have entered my postal code correctly. I attempted to connect the app to my bank account, but only American banks are supported. Attempts to contact customer service have been fruitless.

I live in an area where I see ride share drivers literally everywhere and on the days I need to use it there are no drivers to be found.     I kept getting the message theu couldnt confirm my card for a $8 charge but convienently allowed me to pre-pay for $25 worth of rides when i almost never use the app anymore anyway. I will no longer be using this app since it cant seem to verify a $8 charge but has no issue with a $25 charge that i never even wanted to make. This app and service has gone way down hill. Highly upset i had to pay $25 for a ride to work today.

Fine, I can wait 20 mins.     App used to be great and was consistently cheaper than Uber until Spring 2020. Haven't been able to connect to a single driver for months. It's definitely not a problem with my phone, service, internet connection, etc either--i know at least a dozen people who have the same issues in the Jersey City / NYC area.     Great app. Quick pleasant service and you know ahead of time how long a wait, what make, model, color and license plate of the vehicle that is picking you up. You even get the drivers phone# to contact them. Lyft runs a lot of special pricing too. Pricing is competitive and usually less than Uber. I highly recommend them.

    Only useful for the basic need of a ride. I've caught lyft double charge me or overcharge me on multiple occasions. That is really disappointing because I want to trust the app, but for example lyft charged me twice for the one ride. So beware they may try to double charge you unfairly. They need to fix these bugs so others don't get ripped off.

    This app is terrible, First you order a ride, they charge your card, "pretend" as if they have a driver in route you're literally waiting 25 mins+ to connect to a driver even though the app is telling you an estimated time you will be dropped off to your location. After enough time passes, they inform you that there are no drivers available please try again later. Oh and the money they already "authorized" on your card will not be immediately released. You have to wait 5-7 business days 🙄

    Your new update has messed up adding more than 1 stop. I add my destination in, then i go to add my 2nd stop in and i click on the text field and my keyboard pops up but then quickly goes away before i can write anything. Same thing over and over. Only way I have gotten it to work is to choose the location on the map with the pinpoint. And its not my phone cause it works fine on Uber and everywhere else. Also just started today.

    Really like it, but I don't always have money on my credit card and I don't carry it with me (so I don't spend on it as much) but every time I have to move money over for a Lyft, I have to re-enter all of my card info which is very inconvenient if I don't have my card physically on me.     I've had multiple problems. In North Dakota only with this lyft app. I have two bank cards and one pre- paid cards you guys have left me stranded on my birthday. I brought a mastercard which you took a payment one time only after that. You were not able to verify the card for some reason. Even though the card had money on it. I am super pissed at this company. I thought so highly of you in New york and Colorado both places. I had no trouble with just getting a ride. Get it together!

I find lyft to be more affordable then uber; however, due to the long wait I've been paying the additional amount to get to my destination as uber has been consistent.

    For the most part, I don't have an issue. However, when I schedule rides, I've had my scheduled return ride canceled. I can't do anything about traffic. Perhaps if the driver showed up closer to the originally scheduled time, then my return ride wouldn't get canceled because I was still on my way to my original destination. I wound up spending 2x as much on a return ride last night, and that is unacceptable.

I know it's COVID-19 times, but even just today, had 2 separate ride drivers cancel on me back to back and am still waiting for a driver when I'm suppose to be at work at 5, I always have to start requesting lyfts an hour early just to make sure i get to where I'm going to be on time. I entered the correct address but the driver showed me that the Lyft GPS was giving him the wrong directions so I had to direct him to the correct location.     I attempted to contact customer service to figure out how to fix the issue of my bank thinking the billing address you (Lyft) uses is incorrect. Since there is no where to put my billing address into my profile, I didn't understand how to fix this issue. The person who responded to me via email kept thinking I thought there was fraudulent activity and then they thought I wanted to change the credit card on file... I told the representative that they didn't understand and that I would like to speak to someone else in person and then I never heard back...     Drivers are usually safe, friendly, and with clean cars; but look elsewhere if it's raining. The app will charge twice as much, and that's if you can ever get a driver. I used the wait and save, and even 10 to 15 minutes after my pickup window, it hadn't found me a driver.

Then when the time comes that I need to leave i end up getting passed along to 3 or 4 different drivers and end up leaving 30-40 minutes later than I needed to leave by. What's the point of schedule feature if it's used correctly by the drivers?

    Buggy UI caused me to nearly miss a ride. Constant in-app notification pop ups are very annoying.

    Your app sucks. I have used my card ( which I get paid on ) before on this app and it worked, but your app seems to think now my zip code is wrong and it won't accept it. Lived in the same place for a year now and the zip hasn't changed. Now thanks to your broken cr-app, I'm gonna be really late to work.

    I love that they are affordable but they never have cars out. Sometimes you have to wait up to 2 or 3 hours before you get a ride and if you cancel a ride you wont get your money back until 24 to 48 hours later. If Uber wasnt so high in prices I would use them and delete Lyft. YALL NEED TO HAVE MORE DRIVERS OUT ON THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This app is good for a basic ride. But far too many issues with drivers. We should have the option of dropping drivers the same way they can drop us. Especially when the drivers are purposefully taking long, just feels like they can get away with wasting our time.

    Very unhappy because my card was charged even though we cancelled the ride and now I'm having issues having my money refunded appropriately and in a timely manner it only took seconds for them to take my money but now I'm not getting it back.

    The driver app should be separate from rider app. Why not make it easy to use just a driver app and rider app separate? The new policy to carry wheel chair and other devices in the vehicle is not reasonable. We are not driving min Van's and mobility vehicles. The policy maker is out off his mind , Please think again

    I am giving this a one star not because of the driver but because of the app and lyft itself. I had a driver who was pre-set to arrive between 630-645 am today. The 1st driver was 15 mins away which was fine still within my time window. Then the app switches me to another driver who is 18 mins away. It takes me a little out of my time window but I am still okay with that. Then when that driver drops off his ride and is about to come get me, they change and I get another driver 18 mins away. Smh

    Every single time I've ever tried using lyft, something goes wrong. 9 times out of 10 it tries making me add a second card which i do not have so i can't do ANYTHING!!!! Every single time i have had to get Uber instead so if you are reading this, just go with Uber
