    I give it 3 stars due to the fact that it keeps changing driver. The first one is close then it changes to the farthest one. It gets aggravating especially when you just bought groceries and waiting for your ride to show up and it takes over 20 minutes to get to you. But the first confirmation said that the nearest one was at least 10 min away.

    This is a great and convenient app for getting rides to and from where I need to be, unless it is early in the morning, now I get it, there likely are not a lot of drivers out driving at this time, but when they are, they are not even close to my location, I wind up waiting near, or over 15-20+ minutes for a ride, wether it is in the morning to go to work, or in the afternoon, to go home.

    I can totally agree with alot of reviews being done here such as the waiting time. I have to spare at least 20 mins before getting connected to a driver then a minute it disappears like voila. And will have to wait again. Never be laid back or rely on them as they change them all the time. This lyft is only good for people who likes to call in advance or need to be in timely manner.

    Trash app, requires multiple cards (payment type) with the same address on file instead of literally charging my checking account, or my debit card, or my Google Pay, and last but not least my Paypal... 4 verified payment types isn't good enough to get a $7.00 ride?? Seems like you have your priorities mixed up, might as well just shut down your company or sell to uber since you don't know how to get paid for a service. Never using lyft again, didn't want to use it in the first place...

    Won't let me use my chime card, bluebird, or any card I have on file which all cards reflect my billing address but everytime I request a ride the app keeps imposing that I add another card that reflects the billing address on file. I'm confused on the process maybe because they can't withdraw money 😕🤷🏿‍♂️

    I rely on this app to get me from home to work, and vice versa. While most of the drivers that actually accept my ride are nice, a lot of the time my scheduled rides seem to not take any priority in other drivers' minds. This leads to having my rides practically not scheduled, and I search for hours just to get home since I get off at night and don't want to walk home. Lyft Pink, their paid subscription service, doesn't feel as though it's worth it anymore.

    At first it was great. If I need a ride, I got one. For over 3 years nice. Lately, I cannot catch a ride! I wait for 10 mins or more for a ride and to no avail! As a passenger I am rated 4.9. I would understand if I were rated 3.5 or lower but jezz....I can't catch one at 4.9?! That's why as of late I have canceled my Lyft pink. No sense of paying 20 bucks a month and I can't get a ride.

    Great when it works, my main gripe is when I schedule a ride and it ALWAYS comes late due to the driver cancelling 10 minutes after they accept. I schedule a pick up for 10:30 - 10:45 and my driver will be here at 10:55. I understand you can't control if drivers are near a fare but maybe do something about cancelling on scheduled rides? I have 5 stars and tip well and on every ride, I just dont feel like Im getting the best experience I can.

    App was working fine earlier up until my last ride and when I tried to go back into the app to tip my driver, it crashed, and just continues to crash. It still won't let me in and I need it for work in the morning. Very disappointed and very bad timing.

    Continual Crashes Just check my last update and it was YESTERDAY 4/21/2020!! Opened app was working a few times then it keeps crashing and crashing. Uninstalled and re-download and IT KEEPS CRASHING! I've never had an issue EVER with you Lyft App, till now. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

    4/23/20 5:52 p.m. For some reason Lyft just charged a ride to my acct which is pending but i still have no ride and the app will not work at all. Reinstalled the app tried updating it but still..nothing. I have used Lyft so many times this is the first time this has happened.

    I never had a problem with this app until now, and its been in my phone for a year. It just won't open, I cleared the cache and restarted my phone, turned off the wifi and it still won't work. Hopefully reinstalling will fix it.

    This is the first time I ever had a problem with Lyft. I had called for Lyft to pick me up from work today. But it was going to be a 25 minute wait for 15 minute ride. So I cancel the ride, now the app isn't working for me at all. And I need it to get to work tomorrow. I shut my phone off and restarted it. Tried calling Lyft again and it replied with (Lyft has stopped). I never saw that before, and I use Lyft all the time!

    I haven't been able to get a ride using the app! It's totally frustrating because after I put my credit card info and request a ride, it bounces me off and says there's a problem. May have to try Uber instead.

    This App is ridiculous. It constantly takes the wrong address and charges an absurd amount to correct the address. Also it is constantly taking additional charges from my account days after the services. I definitely boycotting this app. I would have given 0 stars if there was such an option.

    When are you going to fix this app? I can't get a ride. Everything was working perfectly before the last update. Please fix this. I've been a customer for years and I really like your services. I feel safer with Lyft than any other ride company. So please fix things. I would rate 5 stars but these issues have me worried.

    The prices have gotten way too high. They claim is lack of drivers or the price of gas but there are more Lyft drivers per city now than there ever was. On top of that gas prices are at an all time low. And the app can't give directions or can't update the gps properly.

    Please add a scheduled ride section where people can schedule a ride to be picked ip to go anywhere they need to go. Please allow people to select whatever time they want. Please don't try to create preselected times ( For example, 8-9 am.) If a person MUST BE ON TIME SPECIFICALLY by 8:30am then it doesnot help me at all to have a ride scheduled between 8am-9am, if i get thete by 8:45am, well, then, I'm late. Please allow people to select any time that they want a ride. Thankyou

    App stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned my phone off and on and still get a message to restart app and doesn't work since the new update. Go back to 5 star when they fix my problem

    The app is good, but I once got this one guy who kept asking to record me singing the entire ride and afterwards I didn't see a way to block him so I wouldn't get him again. That made me use it less becuase I didn't want to get the same guy.

    I just tried to login on the lyft app. I entered the first 6 digits of my debit card as requested. Immediately, a text msg arrived with a Lyft code. Then a screen popped up asking for the Lyft code. It auto-filled in the Lyft code and asked if this was my account. I clicked on yes. The screen switched to a screen asking for my email associated with my ph. number. I typed my email...error msg: this email isn't associated with your ph. number. Why not??? Lyft app still works on old phone 🙄

    Not too happy lately with the scheduled rides. Lately you've been sending rides either too early when I am still getting ready and today I am going to be late for work because the nearest driver was 25 minutes away and you didn't bother looking for a ride a little further out until 10 minutes before I needed to be picked up. If I say I need to be picked up by 5:35am, I mean 5:35am! Maybe you should also ask when's the latest the person can be there by so you can schedule better.

    I did prefer this app over uber eats bc of the customer care the drivers had and it was hassle free but now after already having a account with a different cell number I can't for the life of me access my account. I am following all the commands but now is way more of a effort than I care for!!!

    I have been using Lyft for almost 1 year now, and I always have money on my card prior to doing any purchase. Dont get me wrong, I love lyft, except as of yesterday I keep getting a charge of $21 for something. And now I cant even use lyft becayse everytime I try to verify my card that same charge tries to go through. I have already tried everything, and now I dont know what to do.

    Great app. Always using it. Only wish that once there is a driver closer to me, i have it switched to the closet one instead of waiting twenty minutes. Its also a waste of gas for the driver if im only going a short distance

    I've been using this app since 2018 and never really had a problem until yesterday. Driver arrived I get in and both our apps stop working. So he made me get out!!! I've uninstalled & reinstalled it 5x and it's still not working!

    I would like for divers not to accept my scheduled rides if they are unable to pick me up on time. That is the whole point of me scheduling the ride especially when I do so the day before. I have been late to work because of this. Also the app sometimes takes entirely too long for a ride. I've waited an hour before where it just says optimizing your route.

    I've had a great experience using this app & ride service. The drivers are usually great, friendly, reliable, safe, & overall provide a pleasant experience. The vehicles being used are safe, reliable, clean, & well-maintained. App provides the necessary information on driver's name, location the maps in real time, vehicle make/model/color, & license plate number. You can even send a mssg to the driver if u need to such as, "I'm in a manual wheelchair & need assistance." I'm a loyal customer!

    The drivers are great! The app sucks! I have tried all of the trouble shooting plus. When I use the app the most(at home), my phone is connected to some of the fastest internet available. I have also tried to use just data and that didn't work. In a email from Lyft they sent suggestions and trouble shooting none of it has worked. All my other apps work fine. I would use Uber but it isn't available in my city neither are cabs. Please please fix the bugs! I need to be able to get to work!

    I usually love using lyft because they have better prices than uber but it's been force closing since Thursday. Uber fixed their app. Lyft should do the same. Every time I try to open the app, it force closes.

    Love this app use it all the time just ... I wish that I would see discounts for using it so much and being loyal. Also I wish that they made it a lot easier to add an edit a trip.. there is often times that I will use my account to have people picked up from different locations I do wish that the app I would ask if I was at the location before automatically inserting it for me. Other than that i couldn't be happier...

    When I requested the ride the price was $19.91...but after the ride the app charged more $10.45...I do not accept that because when I asked for the ride was one price, and after the ride other price?! how can the app do that?! It's like you see a product in the self for a price and when you are going to pay is other!! Sorry, but I am poor, if I knew that the ride was $31 I would rather walk and take the bus!!

    Was gonna use Uber, but Uber refused my numbers while trying to schedule a ride; it verified them fine during setup though, what a hassle. Lyft worked fine though, they just wanted a second credit card, which could have been an issue cause I only had the one physical card on me, but I keep that info in a password file... So yeah, FYI, you might need to have 2 credit cards while setting up!.. I almost had to call a taxi!?

    I liked this app until I changed my phone number several months ago. I followed the instructions for changing the number on the account, but have never succeeded in changing the number. Connsequenty, I am locke out of my account. I have also tried creating a new account, but cannot. Because of this, I cannot use Lyft. It would help if I could communicate with a human, but I cannot --- only with artificial "intelligence".I will take my business elsewhere. Not recommended due to lack of user support which is needed at critical times. The service is thus unreliable.

    App works well most of the time, but when I left my phone in Lyft the experience was miserable. First, with Lyft you don't receive a receipt for at least 16-24 hours so was unable to contact the driver until 24 hours later. Response from customer service took 27 hours, and you CANNOT login to your account on the web. There is no web portal and since I didn't have my phone to receive a code to login, I had to wait all day to figure out what was going on, how is there no web login to track rides?

    I really like this app. The only complaint I have is that it will switch drivers and then assign the one that is farthest away, my wait time went from 7 minutes to 15, which can be extremely frustrating, especially if you're trying to get to work.

    It seems like every month this app gets worse. I was stranded at work because the app reset my card which i didn't have on me. I have yet to recieve a response (8hrs ago). Ended up walking 4.5 miles home. Two weeks ago the app made me late for work because it kept giving me a driver and when the driver reached 1-3 minutes away it would start to look for another one. It did this 5 times causing me to be a hour late. (no response from CS on this yet either) I spend over $300 a mth. DO BETTER!

    Charges no matter what! drivers sit there for 15+ minutes in the same spot when you cancel your charged. all of the sudden my card dosent work added another one that works but asks for a third card for my first card cannot receive help anywhere the hell section is horrible seems like this app is ran like bots and we all know how that goes.... POST A NUMBER AND GET SOME REAL HELP HERE LYFT!

    This program, before covid-19 was a good app. Now I can barely get to work without walking. That's after searching for about 15 minutes or more. This resulted in nothing. No ride in my entire city and I live in a metropolis. It is hard to get to work at 6 in the morning when there's not even one ride available. How are working stiffs supposed to get to work when we can't catch a ride we depend on? It means we walk. You lose money. It affects bottom line.

    All and all never had a bad experience using the service, until today. I was going through my bank statement and noticed a charge from lyft that didn't make sense (not for a ride or anything, just an extra charge)and when I went to the "Help" section to at the very least see what the charge was for, there was nowhere to report it. It rubbed me the wrong way. It was only a couple dollars, but now I have to comb through my statements to see if/how many times I've been charged it to figure it out.

    Left takes money for the fare out of your account. Then takes more money out of your account they call it pending charges then puts it back with out you permission so you take that temporary loss and get it back when the"system"puts it back. They go into your account without your permission and there is nothing you can't about it.

    The app itself is ok, but a lot of your drivers are so lazy for 5 easy dollars! This has happened so much already where I do not know where the app sends them to pick me up, supposedly "no need to walk," but I can never find them. That itself is ok, but what is not ok is how your drivers are not responding to calls or text messages! They ignore me until they can cancel the ride. Such a waste of money and EVERY time I take lyft I am late to work because I have to find a new ride. So unfair!

    The app is OK, except its map, which is terrible! 1. The current location is usually wrong by 1 or 2 blocks. 2. In Shared Economy, the map for walking to pickup destination has no arrow for direction. The round dot keeps jumping from one place to another. I had to copy the destination to Google Map every time I need to walk.

    Need to fix your location tracking. Driver is going to wrong location and ended up.leaving when it was clearly not the place. We couldn't even make it there in 4 minutes before he left. I took a screenshot showing where our ride was and where we were. We tried 3 times and 3rd time we had to walk long to get picked up. Not fun or acceptable.

    When I first started using this app, everything was fine. Not long after, it began acting up by not recognizing me but eventually it worked itself out. I found Lyft to be very dependable and efficient. I usually get a driver within a very short time. I have only had good experiences with the drivers.

    Poor GPS tracking (for passenger location and driver) and slow to load where the vehicle is on the way to pickup. Also has issues choosing a route that is efficient. ALWAYS unreliable arrival times. It will say what the early and latest times are when choosing a ride (which I usually do if I'm running LATE getting somewhere). Better to take public transit instead - same time, costs less Not worth the price of a ride - which nearly doubled or more (even for a lyft walking-pool) in the last week.

    Until they can fix the payment option, I'll never use Lyft ever again and I'm going to be reporting this to the CEO of the company. It's saying that my card was declined when I had money on my checking account and for somewhat odd reason, it's now not letting me pay the amount I owe and this isn't the first time it's done it. Lyft doesn't care about it's customers at all.

    This app started of pretty good never had issues until yesterday. I could not get a Lyft driver scheduled for the time I needed to travel. Then once I tried to cancel the ride it would still show searching for Lyft driver. After closing the app and reopening the app it still shows searching for Lyft drivers nearby. So I finally decided to uninstall the app then reinstall. I check my bank account today only to find out I've been charged twice from lyft from rides I did not confirm. How?

    🙄 The drivers change constantly! You don't get anywhere on ⌚ because the drives 99.99% of the ⌚ are learning to use the GPS with you at the moment. Their lyft signal for the driver app is undependable, it breaks 👇 and you end up having to Google map it yourself from your phone. Do not expect to get somewhere at a certain ⌚ cuz by the times the drivers in themselves decide who's going to drive you, you'll be 30 to 45 minutes late. It is the 20th time it happens to me from multiple accounts. 🤷

    So many things have changed with the updates. It doesn't show any cars in the area now and wait times are 15 to 20 minutes for drivers that are across town (I live in Atlanta). It will confirm a ride then switch to five different drivers before I actually get one to pick me up. I used to love this app and service. Now not so much.

    Used this app as an emergency, last minute option. I was surprised w the reasonable fare for my one way 'Lyft' to a Drs appt across town. Now I use it all the time for planned activities; saving more money. It's the perfect alternative for ppl on the GO, no time for long rides w Public Transportation, needing a little privicy and on a budget. It's like paying $1 per mile! No surprise fares!

    This app used to be good now you have useless updates to constantly cause problems left and right I really liked it at 1st but now this app is less than worthless dirt and ash have more value I cant even create a new account. I created a new email and everything its been like this for a whole month. I deleted my old account and used the "Help" center it tells you what you already know. Ive never been this frustrated with an app before.

    Prices are ridiculous and when they claim to be giving you a discount you pay the exact same or more then without the "discount". The saver/save mode is penny difference to just getting your own ride. Before Lyft was affordable and because of that i used it all the time but now Lyft is Cattering to the rich. Not everyone can afford $20-$30 round trip when your trip is 3 miles. If you travel one mile it starts at $7 everytime now. Before it was $3 maby $4.

    Got stuck with the "add a second credit card" problem. I guess MasterCard doesn't work? And no, there's no issue with credit limit/balance on my card. To top it off, I can't even delete the card that Lyft won't accept. Since I only have one credit card, guess I'll just stay with Uber.

    The thing I hate about this app is when it tries to charge payment to Google pay it comes back declined. Or pending. Its Infact not declined nor pending. I have spoken to Lyft support about this problem and they denied it with screen shots. As a new Lyft customer it's concerning to see this simple miscommunication of payments not rectified for some time now. Fix your damn payment system LYFT! Everything else is good. Estimated wait times, driver allerts to eta & price quotes to actual charges

    It got me a safe and comfortable ride. Beyond that, I have no trust or faith in Lyft. It won't allow deletion of payment info, as they initially tell you -- you have to add other payment info before you delete the first. Why? Deleting your account takes up to 60 days. Agents are not provided articles to assist with Privacy concerns. It takes 60 days to delete an acct. Unbelievable ... Lyft has more rights to my info than law enforcement. Never EVER again. So much more to say but no room.

    I haven't been able to update the debit card information I want to use. I've also tried to enter two different credit cards and that doesn't work. The HELP tab doesn't help resolve the problem either. I've heard from Uber riders that they have been having this same issue with Lyft.

    When I first started using this app I chose it over Uber because of the prices now I price compare each ride and it is always more than Uber from at the lowest $3 and can go all the way up to pass $10 pair one way ride and I'm starting to think about deleting this app all together because every single time is always more price-wise than Uber and at a time like this we need a price break where are the old Lyft prices? I can't even tip because the prices are too high

    Tired of expected times being continually pushed ahead. Sometimes I'll also drop a pin and it will show differently for the driver. The only reason I usually request a Lyft is if I'm running late, so if the projected time doesn't actually hit it's mark, I may as well save money and take transit to get there at the same time

    The app works ok, but most of the driving go to the wrong adress and expect me to go where they are within one minute. I put my adress for something!! One driver went to a place that was 10-15 walking from my home and was expecting me to go where he was before he depart in one what? I'm gonna stop using this app.

    There's is no option to make multiple trips & then return home. It's been an issue with several rides. I've had to experience this on several trips & it was very upsetting. The driver should have more knowledge of how to handle this type situation without threatening or insinuating that I would have to be put out of the Lyft ride so that he could take a separate ride from someone else...& leave me stranded. Worst ride yet.👎👎👎😶😶😶

    I will never use lyft service again, pay for a ride and upon confirming ride immediately get charged, just to wait for 10 minutes in the freezing cold for the app to "cancel" my ride and to be told that there was no charge. From now on I'd rather walk than deal anyone associated with this "Service" again.

    Prices have been increasing ridiculously for the past month! I have the Lyft Pink that takes 15% off and I'm still getting up charged to unheard of amounts when it has never been that bad. I'm getting charged double and at times triple for trips I take regularly. I have daily trips that originally cost max $25 to now costing $45 to $50 a trip! How do I pay $20 a month to pay MORE for my trips, this is just ridiculous! I'm considering canceling my membership altogether.

    This app is just terrible. It does not accept any of my major credit cards. I have a freedom and Sapphire Chase card which Lyft is having issues with. I have been using Uber but I want the discount I receive from Lyft using my Chase cards. This issue has never been resolved which is a known issue with Lyft Tech teams. Get you app fixed with all the payment issue you guys are aware off.

    I had installed this app.....i did not use it, for i had no need then.....on Nov.20-2019 i finally called for an airport ride, and could not get through (i am challenged by technology, sadly). Finally i used regular taxi service. I did not get to use LYFT service. Recently i was reviewing charges on my credit cards, and wouldn't you know, precisely when i was flying off from Toronto, overseas i was being charged somewhere in Vancouver, B.C.Canada for two rides. NOW ANOTHER RIDE$$I DID NOT TAKE!

    This is a great app with Flaws. I hit a lyft this morning and no driver found but I was charged and now that is pending for what almost two weeks before i get my money back. Why would i hit lyft again and be charged twice for one ride if they find a driver, and if not i lose out on my money twice in one day. If you cant refund peoples money back, you should give an option to have a ride credit or refund. I use this app alot to get to work and today Lyft failed me.

    I love the lyft app its quick & easy to use! The location feature is always accurate It gives you the exact price your going to spend It has like 3 different car pick up choices to choose from with their prices It gives you the driver info immediately as to whos picking you up My phones been at 5% before & i needed to get a ride the app was fast enough to get my ride coming & barely used any battery so i had my phone still for the ride home Its very quick & easy to pay the driver on the app also

    Your program displays the wrong color and in some cases the wrong model of vehicle. If a rider is suppose to be "safe" by looking at a car and its license plate and the car is the wrong color or certain conditions i.e. snow cover the plate.. not so safe now eh? Fix this unsafe error
