Very unclear as to pickup spots. Twice in 2 days, I was left behind, once at Vegas airport where the driver never sent the text for the pickup stall, and once at the Mirage, where it just says "across from North entrance". Thought I was at the proper place, since it picked it for me. Maybe a pic of the pickup point would help, I dont know. If I have to walk around the hotel to get picked up, I would just get a cab.


Every new update brings new problems. Why can't they get it right? With Oct 2 update, now when I start requesting ride by selecting destination, it fills in some random address that is a mile south of where I am instead of using "current location". I would have requested a bad lyft if I had not noticed. And I have never been at that address or put it in the app.


I could've missed my surgery! I attempted to schedule my Lyft pick up a day before. App kept on saying cannot connect to server try in a few minutes. I kept on trying thought the day and next morning with the same message. I tried again on the time I had to leave and then gets a message account locked. I searched online and the app was supposed to call me but that feature doesn't exist. Than I try the numbers online and that just plays a massage then hangs up. This app is so unreliable!


Sure, it's cheaper, but the app can't ever show me destination results in the same city I'm in (location on). The search takes forever to get these incorrect results and when you select any, nothing happens! The map doesn't update most of the time so the driver might be here or is completely lost, who knows? If you're in a hurry, just don't even bother, you'll just waste a bunch of time and get even more stressed out.


So when I was in Disney World last month, I used the LFYT service for the first time. One thing I didn't like is that there was a promo that overrode my another one that I wanted to use but couldn't change to that one. A bug that I also found was if I didn't complete the finish ride thing, (I tipped in cash), then as soon as the app was reopen, there would be a vehicle on route to pick me up again that I didn't request. Running this on Stock Note 10+


If you want an app that inexplicably fails, this one's for you. Every time I try using this app it keeps rejecting my credit card. When trying a different one, it would accept it until it asks you for another one with the same address. I'm not made on money to have multiple cards to spare. And when I'm furiously trying to enter a new card info, the fare spikes. Really convenient in all the wrong ways.


Been using Lyft for a few years now and never had problems, but now it takes forever to get a ride and now when I ride share I've had to get off and walk the rest of the way because when we're almost at my destination the App will reroute to pick up another passenger where I was picked up originally!!! So basically I'm doing the same ride twice! This has happened to me multiple times. It also seems that Lyft has doubled their prices.... I'll just stick with Uber honestly.


The app makes it easy to complain about drivers in a variety of ways, but has no clear way to leave feedback on the app itself – is the company unable or unwilling to consider the possibility that it's at fault for anything, or what? It usually underestimates how long things will take, sometimes by a factor of three or more. Overall, I'm still going to use it sometimes, but it's not a*reliable* last-minute resort for when I'm running late.


Buyer beware!!! As long as things go within the square box they created, you may be fine. Customer service is almost no existent. Broken English customer service that has no idea of the problem. 20 minutes to reach someone only for them to tell me someone would email me tomorrow. It's as if I had a one way ticket through the gates of hell.


I used the app for the first time tonight (I have formerly only used uber) and the app pinned my location in the wrong place for my driver. It was about 4 blocks away. The driver said this happens almost every time. Yikes. I tried to submit app feedback or contact customer support in some way to report this and there is no option to do that anywhere in the app or on their website.


Service is great! The app, not so much. When I open the app & choose my pickup location, it seems like there are little to no drivers available. Do people still drive for Lyft? Then, when a driver is assigned to me, the little tiny car on the app never moves! The app will say arrival time is 3 minutes, but that 3 minutes becomes 5 minutes or more! I understand traffic conditions, etc., but it is really frustrating waiting. Forget it if you have a weak wifi connection or using mobile data.


It has become unbelievably overpriced in I just past a few months. To give you a context, it used to only cost $1.25 to go from where I live to a gym located just a 3 lights down the street in 2015&16. Then the price was increased from 1.25 to $3.40ish in 2017; the price had been stable until May or June of this year when Lyft suddenly thought it was okay to bump up the price from$ 3.40 to $6 or 8 dollars depending on the day. The gas price in this city hasn't gone up even a dollar for years


Thanks, lyft, just paid 5 dollars to walk 10 miles home with nerve damage in my back and foot. Reeeally great app.... Thank you for purposely making things as vague and confusing as possible, even your driver didn't know how to time it, and even though I called LESS THAN A MINUTE after confirming to make sure the driver would come at the time I needed her to, you charge me for FOUR MINUTES OF DRIVE TIME, even though my driver couldn't possibly have even left in my direction yet. JUST WALK.


Took the money off of my card BEFORE the ride was even confirmed... It then took 20 minutes and multiple tries to even find a ride and then I had to wait another 14 minutes for the ride. About to be a whole 20 minutes late to work now. I used to LOVE lyft but now its not as reliable anymore.


I don't like that it charges my bank account multiple times. The price changed 3 times. Would not let me enter a stop between destination. Scheduling a ride does not help. They are always 15 min late from the scheduled ride. Promo code didnt work said i already had an account. I had a driver account.


The driver was great but I thought that upon using this app for the first time I'd get at least the first ride free... I was charged regardless. This isn't the only app of its kind out there so I think I'll just stick to my regular one after this.


I like the report ride feature but it would be even more helpful if I could have the choice to have my business and personal rides be on the same report. Option to ride with bike mount would still be handy. Not many issues with Lyft but when something does arise the support team is very helpful.


I am very disappointed with Lyft. Due to an app error I was forced to pay twice for a single trip. There was no way for me to contact anyone at the time of the issue. When i was finally contacted it took a lot of convincing and explaining to even get one of the fares refunded, even though the situation should have been obvious. Nothing was done to rectify the inconvenience of being almost abandoned 20 mins from my destination, nor any assurances made that the glitch would be rectified.


Misleading service. Shared should be called more than 2x the time. 10 min trip takes 25. 20mins be trip is 40 mins at best. 10 miles detours are not uncommon if you have a longer trip (e.g. airport). and the full price is not that much better than a regular taxi.


After requesting and setting up the ride it says no network connection. Can't see where my driver is. My network connection is fine because I checked every single time. Has happened 4 times already.


Set up a ride, saw payment get authorized, had a chance to edit the ride. I waited a bit, then decided to double check the time. There was no pending ride--it had just disappeared. Contacted customer support and they obviously responded without reading what I asked.


Very good app but the car image does not sync well with actual movement of the driver and his actual distance. Really confused me with arrival times. Also a dark mode would be amazing!!!


If a person changes their phone number they can no longer use the app. Their so no way to change the phone because the app wants to verify threw the old number that's no longer working. I can't even get a Lyft any where either


Love this app! The the drivers & the drivers are friendly! Use this app for work! Does need a place for notes for when you get picked up! Had a driver pick me up & drove right by me without even stopping! Charged me for a ride that i did not take due to the driver not stopping!


The app wouldn't let me cancel a ride when no drivers were in the area. After walking home a drive accepted the ride & I got charged. I had to pay for a lyft home after I walked home in the rain. Thanks lyft!


I couldn't get a ride from this app!! They asked me to put in another credit card, but as a single working mom, I only have one! I couldn't get a ride without it, which is terrible service. You claim you're a car service, but you can't even give me a ride. I tried to contact customer service, and they told me they would get back to me soon, it's been over a hour! I know there are other customers, but i still have somewhere to be, and no ride! Use Uber, it's so much better and cheaper!


Ever since the new update it's taken me 10-20 minutes to get a driver and sometimes after all that wait I still may not even get a driver. Never had that issue before until now..


Half the time it won't let me accept rides! It tells me I have missed a ride request. Very frustrating and not representative of the culture that I expect from the google and Waze system. Let's get it fixed. I picked up a young lady from Downtown


This app is really deceptive with the prices. It listed my trip being $39, but then it wanted to charge me $74 after accepting the trip. This has happened more than once.


Ridiculously simple problems need fixing. It won't let me put in my full address with apt number and won't let me verify my email address. So I'm missing out some promos.


the app has way too many errors and i have to contact customer service way too many times. also, the driver and rider pairing is horrible, i have to wait at least 15 minutes every time.


Nice app. Missing push notification preferences. Really not cool. Unhelpful prompts like when you search for a fare and then a minute later if you don't request one, it asks you to do so...


Gets me where I need to go but here lately, it is becoming later and later! Then being switched from 4 different drivers. It is beyond ridiculous at this point! Also I am a frequent rider, you would think they would offer more discounts to me. My boyfriend, who doesnt even use lyft. Gets 25% off monday through friday. Thats bs


Was great. An update to the app was released while I was traveling and I was left stranded at the airport. Customer service email no longer works. Is this app still supported?


Needs an update probably- the cars glitch on the screen and say the lyft is there when it isnt. they're late but you can't get your money back or recieve credits for the inconvenience


I never use lyft anymore because I always get a message that my credit card can't be accepted. Everyone else, including Uber, accept it, so I don't know what their problem is


No way to schedule a ride! The driver is summoned as soon as you enter information. I was able to cancel the ride but no feedback that I did so successfully. A chat feature with customer service was helpful. They could not tell me how to schedule a ride.


Even without the ride, this Lyft tried to debit 92$ from my credit card account. The ride was not even confirmed. My credit card company had to temporarily block my account to avoid this fraudulent transaction. I can share the screenshots here. And now i understand why this app is lowly reviewed.


The service is fine for short rides, however the helpline when issue is not good. The coupon doesn't work. The refer friends also doesn't give credit.


Easy to use but I signed up as a first time customer and chose the $5 discount for 3 rides. I've used it only one time and didn't get the discount. Thought Lyft was going to be better with their first time customers than Uber but at least Uber gave me one time discount vs nothing.


I've been using this app on the nights I cant get picked up from work, and the occasional ride home when I'm not up for walking (about 2 or 3 nights a week) and I love it! Its easy too use, the drivers are great, and I havent had a single problem of any kind. If I could suggest something to improve it I would say that there should be an option for frequent riders so they can have a small discount, especially if they are going a long way. I wanted to also point out that I'm from Maine (US)


I do wish they would make an option to pay cash. sometimes u need a ride but don't have $ on your card. You should also be able to use Google pay and PayPal for payments.


Super cool that the app lets you wait 30 minutes for a driver to cancel on you to wait another 30 minutes for another to show up.


Doesn't warn you that a hold for funds will be put on your account even if no driver accepts your ride request. No phone number to call, can only request help and wait for someone to hopefully respond back. The App doesn't function well and is confusing. This would have been my first ride, but after this it'll definitely be my last.

The drivers are great but the app has been awful lately. Failing to find a ride for 10+ minutes is beyond frustrating. If the app isn't reliable, I cannot use it to get somewhere. And if I need to budget an extra 30 minutes to account for the app, I should just take public transportation and save myself some money and a bunch of stress.


I thought it was going to be easier to use. My 2nd time using them I was hiring a ride from BOSTON airport. It offered me a pick up in 6 min but said Terminal 3 parking lot. I went in thinking I needed to give my exact location. Because I was a new user but it just kept going up on price. Nowhere was there information to help me know that there was only one location. I ended up paying 20.00 more than it cost me to arrive from same location.so unfair. The driver was amazing. Online booking NOT!


Its not bad. Helps me get from home to work and back. Takes a while to get a ride and i was almost late a few times. For some reason the price for shared saver keeps going up aswell and at this point its not really saving cause it costs as much as a regular lyft was. I get prices fluctuate but they shouldnt go up almost $2 in a single month when its supposed to be the the "shared saver" option. I cant afford to tip the drivers cause the price keeps going up.


I used to like Lyft. I didn't really have complaints like read others experience. I check the app it has new features, but the passenger prices is up. It seemed more affordable in begining.


App thinks it's OK to schedule a 6:15-6:30 window, then send a driver in at 6:42. They have only recuperated 1 out of 5 awful rides. I use them daily, but the app mapping is awful, driver and rider see completely different things. Ask to be picked up on one street and driver will be waiting on another. Try to get dropped off at a train station and you'll be dropped off half a mile on the opposite side of tracks. Teach drivers how to use GPS, get app in order, then Lyft can complain about profits


The gps works really well but they keep putting hold charges on my account the I haven't even try to book and when I reach out for help. The social media team just replied twice and never answer back even tho I still need it help. You should fire your social media team


My favorite drive sharing app. I've always had friendly drivers with good prices especially because they introduced Lyft Later that offers lower prices if you can wait :D


They are ok. They need to know that they have drivers that don't speak English language and don't know where they are going. Which meaning don't understand the the GPS device


Garbage. Lyft had an All-Access plan for $299 and discontinued it suddenly. It's not the discontinuation that's disgusting, but that it was discontinued without letting subscription members know. One day you're using the subscription and the next day it disappears. Definitely moving to Uber, Lyft isn't worth the 10+ minute wait times, passenger maps that don't work, and getting charged cancellation fees for drivers who accept rides and don't move. Would love for Uber to put Lyft out of business.


Apparently you need a minimum of two credit cards at the same address to use Lyft. Even though I entered my first CC details they still wanted a second CC from the same address. The most recent time i tried it, it just wouldn't find me a ride. I'm all honesty Uber is just so much easier. Once again I tried it and it just didn't work. Call Uber again


App keeps telling drivers to go through the new tunnel in Seattle and they keep getting lost or it takes ages for them to get to the pick up if they dont cancel your trip first. Estimated arrival time keeps changing and sometimes shows that driver is somewhere around and then the map gets updated to shows that he got into the tunnel. Our car got lost both yesterday and today, waited for about 15mins, had to cancel a ride. It is really annoying and not reliable.


So why is it I have to add another card to verify my card? I had to WALK to my destination because I didnt have another card to verify the one I have. You guys need to change that ASAP and I want my card information off my account because I can't use it but it charged my account 3 cents. If it could do that why couldn't I just get my ride????!????!?


Unless I'm completely stupid (and I may be), I don't see how to share my trip status with friends. I've a Pixel XL... Oh I see. Why'd your put it under safety tools..? I think a separate button is better and not as confusing.


I have used lyft regularly since 2017 and normally I'm highly satisfied however now I'm completely disappointed.I had to wait over an HOUR for a ride because it kept rerouting to another driver that was closer to my location. On top of that I had multiple drivers that did not move and some that went to a completely different address than what was stated. After all that my original driver ended up picking me up after all so I waited over an hour for my original diver to get me. It's ridiculous!!!


Love this app, it's easy to use and all the drivers have been very respectful and kind.


Used to be good but has taken at least 30 minutes to get a driver last couple times. Waiting right now and changed from a 13 minute wait to a 17 minute wait because they changed drivers on me. Update:They just added more onto my wait time. Ordered Lyft over 30 minutes before my 3:30 appointment time. My original estimated time with them would have made me close to 15 minutes early. Now it's 2 minutes late.


I got a "shared" instead of "shared saver" ride from the airport because I wanted to share the long ride / cost with a stranger. Lyft's algorithm added a 3rd passenger, which added 20 minutes to a long drive (& after a delayed flight). Less personally, they are also being d*cks about complying with California AB5.


This app is terrible they held a temporary charge on my card for $22.90 just to verify my card then another $8.43 then the drivers dont show up sometimes u cant call them because they lyft number dont work most of the drivers dont speak English then on top of that they take the payment twice once when u order and then again 4 days later they call it a temporary charge lyft is a rip off do not download it UBER serious cus this is a rip off and the customer servuce line is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !


I like the service, but the estimate of when the driver will arrive is so inaccurate you can't stick to your own schedule. They've taken so much longer than the estimate they've made me 20 minutes late to appointments.


Customer "support" horrendous to non existent. App sucks and is prone to freezing and bugs. Would not use again


Great experience when your ride actually picks you up. I'm aware that Lyft doesn't provide the location of the destination to the driver until they pick up the passenger. I wasn't aware that Lyft also allows their drivers to call the passenger first, ask where they are going, then cancel on them. It's a waste of my time to have a driver call me and ask what's my destination. Shady practice. Going back to Uber.


DO NOT USE THIS APP! I take a ride with Carlos, he never lets the app know I am on the ride so it cancels & kicks me out, I miss my appt. Charges me a $5 that made my bank acct negative, now it's charging me $35 a day until I get paid again. Guess what? Lyft doesn't even care. LYFT IS UNSAFE AND RAN BY IDIOTS DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY GET SUED FOR SEXUAL HARRASSMENT ALL THE TIME DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WITH YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUNG LADIES!!!!!


Good app overall however, I'm still having problems switching payment options. It won't take my card so I have to keep adding my card info over and over again until it takes it. This is tedious and frustrating. This is the same thing I posted about last year.


I hope Lyft has a feature in the future where the ride automatically ends once you move away from the car or get to your location because this isn't the first time a driver hasn't ended the ride right after I get dropped off. this I believe is the 3rd time this has happened and it's unacceptable because then we as riders get charged more for the time and different "drop off location". Or at least an option where the rider has the option to end the ride as well or mutual ending of the ride.


I have used lyft for a very long time. I use it to get to and from work. I like the idea of it and it's cool. But it is so. Inaccurate. So inconsistent. The GPS is always wrong, and that's forgivable, until they take the longer route making it cost more. My first lyft tried talking me in to tipping $20 because I was going from city to city. Which makes no sense the lyft was $80. I was wrongly charged $100 for damages that a previous lyft rider did to the drivers car just yesterday.


What were the tech guys thinking, this update really was bad. You removed the directions list a key component that i used everyday when the gps would fail in downtown. Especially when you are on the lower streets when gps disconnects. To make sure we are doing the right turns. You need to put it back. Yesterday alone i made 4 mistakes in downtown where the gps does not always work correctlt. Its like you guys take one step forward, then two steps back. Whoever made that decison shame on you.


I'm having unresolved issues with the lyft app. I cannot add my CC, and troubles with calling for a lyft driver. I get messages saying my account has been disabled or locked. I have deleted and reinstalled the all but I'm still get the same problems. I've never had issues with this app until recently and I much rather use lyft and Uber..


Okay but problems. Trying to use my card for payments but app keeps telling me "there is a problem with the ZIP Code". You guys are probably using an outdated database since my ZIP was created by USPS. I can't use one of the other ZIPs for my city since that wouldn't match my card info. Ended up being forced to use my PayPal account.


Horrible algorithm for determining shared rides. More than once, I''ve had my 20 min trip become 45+ minutes by having some "nearby" rider added to my trip. This has happened to me in multiple cities in the US. Why can Lyft set a ceiling in the amount of time that could be added to a rider's trip?


Scooter function; refused to scan my liscence, refused manual input, ultimately impossible to use. Incompetent garbage.


Support has confirmed that their Android app has been broken for several versions. It can't properly scan licenses from certain states and when you try to manually add the info it won't let you. But don't worry - you can spend a week trying to get the issue fixed with several pictures of your license and they'll just ignore you. If you're a car rider? Great. If you're a driver or bike/scooter rider? You're better off walking.


I haven't touched the Lyft app in about 3 months. Not even an accidental open. I update to Android 10, which notifies you when an app polls for your location in the background. Just such a notification arrived to tell me that Lyft, for whatever reason, was polling for my location when the app has been dormant for months and had no need for my location. Shame on you, Lyft. Don't take information you don't need to provide your service. You don't need to know where I am until I use your app.


after using this app quite a few times...today it was Horrible. Deleted my payment info, picked some random drop off spot and froze when i tried to change to correct spot. Only thing I was able to do was power off my phone. the driver almost left the airport during my reboot. This app really sucked today. What the heck happened to it?


I think it's incredibly lame. That they only give deals to people who are new with this app. Not the people who frequently use it. You basically have to rely on new users to help you out if your in a pickle and that's not always certain.. been using lyft for years while it's easy for new users to get 10$ credits. Yet I'm the one easily putting money into pockets and when I'm in a binde I can't find anyway to maybe help me out. Just think it's kinda lame.


The GPS that the drivers use does not understand the concept of tunnels in Boston. Because of this, I've missed trains multiple times as the GPS instructs them to drop me off in the tunnel that runs underneath North station in Boston. I've never had this problem using Uber, or Google maps when I'm driving on my own. I feel bad for the drivers who fall victim to this and end up with angry customers. This has been an issue for years. It's absurd that this hasn't been fixed yet.


Normally, it is a good experience with this app. At least it used to be. Now at my home airport (Denver) it pairs me with drivers who are miles away at an off-site parking lot, it says they are 10 minutes away and it takes them more than 30 minutes to arrive. Who ever made that system certainly can't do math. And why isn't it pairing me with someone who is actually finishing a ride, right where I am standing?


I was literally stranded and this app didn't make it better. It had no reason to reject payment or pickup but it did both at the wrong time. I wouldn't recommend this to my child or family members or anyone to use this app or company. They didn't even acknowledge this apps failure and had me struggling to get home. Throw the whole app away. I'm definitely gonna do my best to ensure no one I know use this app.


Good but needs stuff like notes. My brother and I usually use Lyft to go to work in the morning it would just be very useful to let the lyft driver know that we need to be there asap. It's a good app like people are fast but not always all the time and leaving a note would just be very useful.


I use this app almost daily for the last 7 months. The last couple of months the price for the same rides has increased substantially, the time to get a ride has increased substantially, they say your ride will be there in 10 minutes and it takes 20, I report unsafe and scetchy drives and get no response. There is no way to easily contact customer service with issues!


This is by far the worst app out there. Tried 4 different times to rent a scooter. Each time I was asked to scan the barcode on my license, which the app would not recognize. I tried it with the light on, light off, different lighting, etc. to no avail. Manually entering the info is not allowed either. I called support twice and was put on hold indefinitely. Save yourself the hassle and just order room service. Deleting this horrible app and service immediately. What a joke!


I use lyft very! often. I very much feel that there is a large increase in high, altered mindset, or influenced drivers. I haven't felt safe with drivers in the past 6-8 months. The app has many down falls and doesnt always pick accurate pick ups nor relay to the driver the correct pickup. Again this isnt every driver or rode but a large increase in these instances.


I was excited about using Lyft due to an upcoming trip; however, was disappointed. Credit card information submitted through PayPal at initial setup. Attempted to schedule a ride and the app states that credit card could not be accessed. Even though PayPal is highlighted with a good to go check. An email was sent; however, a response has not been given. Totally sucks.


Very slow app and crashes all the time. I enter the pick up point, it crashes. I enter the drop point, get to the next step, it crashes. It took forever to get to rate the driver and then I pushed the wrong thing and I can't fix the rating


Trash, uber and lyft, wont accept my payment method even though card is valid, wont even let me log into other account because my email is locked. These apps are really becoming a joke.


I've had decent rides from the drivers. A huge complaint I have, though, is that the software always wants a location, that is always wrong by blocks away. I waited for my driver, and when told she was here, it was on the other side of a square. I didn't have time to walk there, and even calling them and telling them where I was the Lyft timer expired, I was left where I was, and was charged $5. I'm very unhappy, and not with the driver. I doubt I'll be using the ap again.


Not only me but a few of my friends too seem to have had the same issue. While booking a ride, the current location which is "My Location" from GPS has been incorrect by which cabs go to some different location other than your own location. Precision of the "My Location" needs some tweaking.


The app constantly updates my "location" with wherever it wants. Makes it a real pain in the ass trying to figure out where my pickup spot is in a town I'm not familiar with when it shows me bouncing all over the map.


Its a frustrating app at times, i schedule rides for my mother in another state and doesnt always make it easy to do so. Its barely acceptable.


Eset smart mobile security antivirus is reporting that the Lyft base.apk is infected with the Locker.FR Trojan. I uninstalled and reinstalled it again from Google Play Store, but Eset pops up again indicating that the Lyft app is infected at the source. Please look into this urgently and remove the app from Google Play Store before it spreads that destructive trojan.


No problem until today. Would not take on file card to purchase 15% discount, will not allow me to close their app once I was home, my last receipt had two incorrect addresses on it, hit the not my receipt button now I have to open another account, I need info in current account when I have to sign new lease. no way for me to keep it. guess what - Lyft could care less. My on file debit card was accepted to pay for the trip Seriously considering Uber!


Something is definitely wrong with this app. App concept is good in regards to business and personal use. Unfortunately the lyft app randomly chooses what account to charge, even if the default are set. Lyft customer service is not able to help or correct this issue. They will only give you excuses. I like having different variety or alternatives. But Lyft app is dysfunctional and is switching back to uber only.


If you lose an item, expect to never get it. My boyfriend lost his phone yesterday, which is a time sensitive item.. There is no way to go off another app to access your account since it is connected to the PHONE NUMBER!!!!! The customer service is only via email, we waited about 2 whole hours for them to contact the driver but never heard back from them until the morning after... When we originally asked for help we could still contact the phone and I am sure if they were faster we'd have it..


I am very disappinted with this app. My money is draining from my card by lyft that I did not ordered. Moreover, I tried to call the customer care many times to report this issue but they did not answer to my call. I deleted my lyft app from my mobile phone then also money drained from my card by lyft. What is this? I do not understand what is happening. Nobody should add your card to this app, same thing will happen to everyone. I will not recoment this app to any one. Somebody please help me.
