The app is good in appearance however the speed in which it interacts with the watch is poor. I had to wait about 2 hours before it would show me my sleep cycle information. Just now I've had the app running for approximately 15 minutes and it is yet to show me how much battery power the watch has. With improvements it could easily be 5 out of 5 stars. As to the watch of the analog portion loses about 5 minutes per day but the digital is good I need the analog to be accurate.

I cannot get the app up and running. There is no manual to refer to. Terrible app and terrible watch Will take it back to retailer tomorrow for a refund.. I gave it one star but all the stars lit up Mysteriously.

Does exactly what I need it to..... Kinda basic app but has my steps, and water intake counts, sleep stages and schedule (which I'm not sure how that works totally), and notifies me when I've been sitting too long! Easily connectable, and very user friendly.

Watch looks great, but will not connect to Android S8+ using the correct iTech Duo app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, paired with bluetooth, unpaired, paired again, followed every single step available with every direction. I'll be returning it.

Battery life is poor, everything else seems to be ok..oh it comes with no real directions On how the watch operates in each mode,the only directions I got is how to hook the charger to the watch.

Just got this watch, it worked great for 3 days, 4th day stop working, try to disconnect and connect it back it's not working. Am so upset bc I try to record my steps for the day and there's no update. Gave it a 2 bc the last 3 days it worked really well. UPDATE My husband was able to reset it for me, since then it's working great, so am going to change it to a 5. No problem whatsoever with the watch.

I just threw this watch into the thrash, it's worthless, the analog part quit working, and now this morning, even the band refused to unlock so I could take it off. Worst part is, it's only maybe 3 months old, and not even worth my "time" to deal with anymore. Now I'll bite the bullet, and spend the money for a real smart watch.

I've been wearing my watch for months now. Usually once it connects to the app it stays connected. Sometimes it tracks my sleep and sometimes it doesn't. Now it is trying to connect but it doesn't. For about a week now I can't get the watch to connect at all even though it is fully charged. What can I do to get it connected? Thanks, Cathy I am not connected to bluetooth on my phone only to the app. I will go to the site you have indicated to try to figure this out. I thank you for your help.

EDIT 24 APR 2021 -- After using the app and watch for some time now, I have only one suggestion for an improvement. The screen for entry of weight reading is VERY hard to use. Trying to get the number right on the slider is damn near impossible! How about just a simple text box to type in the number?

Ive set real adjustable clock but it the digital clock doesnt changed. Whats up there is going broke!!!!!! Plus not up dsting info or allow me to up date info.
