The walking meter is wrong. I barely walk 2 steps and its says i have walked more. Please fix it. Also, is there a way to update backgrounds on this watch. Id like to put my own photos on it, but there is not an option to do so. Kind of tired looking at the 3 boring ones i have. Thanks. If the walking meter was fixed i wouls give it more then 1 star. Considering the price i paid for the watch. We shouldnt have these problems. Needs to be more like apple watch but for android phones.

I hope this update fixes the sleep data recording. It's been an hour off for quite awhile. I get up at 03:00 and usually asleep by 22:00, yet the app shows sleep at 23:00 and wake at 04:00. If this update hasn't fix this minor issue, hopefully the next update will.

I don't like this app at all. It doesn't work well with the watch or phone. It doesn't stay connected but keep activating my screen every few minutes to search for device. It doesn't track anything well and does not support sms messages like it said. I do t get any notifications through the watch that uses this app.

I am sorry I left Garmin, this fitness Tracker for heart rate sucks! You can't: Program, set functions, time, or sync with my Galaxy s9. This company should be ashamed of itself. Unfortunately, I brought two watches in January, for graduation gifts for in june for niece's. I feel so embarrassed.

This app is almost worthless. It crashes continually on launch, announcing "Unfortunately, iBand has stopped." I've had to unbind and rebind my tracker every day to sync it, and sometimes this took several tries (up to 10 minutes of fiddling). Now, with the recent update the app doesn't even search for my tracker. There's absolutely no way to sync with my LG L33L phone. If you can find any other app that supports your fitness tracker, it will almost certainly work better than this one.

I note comments from others about the app not binding. I've not used mine for some time and just hit the button to bind - and all worked perfectly - the watch immediately updated it's time and all is well. Version of the APP is v1.10.9 (watch firmware v1.7.4(8007) - My only comment is that "checking for updates" on the phone failed - that might indicate an issue OR it could just be that there are no updates. Clarification from the App company would be good.

Phone will not bind with watch. Have uninstalled app, reinstalled app the new version Jan 8th. Only once with the old version did the phone try to scan the QR code. My phone is a Huawei P Smart. App keeps syncing after 1 day usage. Battery hogging due to the same reason. Resource hungry during the syncing bug, renders the mobile device very very slow and non-responsive. Phone heats up like a frying pan. All symptoms gone when wrist band is disconnected from the app or BT is turned off. Please resolve the bugs. Weather info is not updating in the band. 1 out of 3 day forecast is not getting any value at all. Always remain blank.

Really not bad at all, far better than I was expecting for a £20 watch. So it doesn't have a polish of Garmin's software but it's usable. Please add Google Fit synchronisation though and notifications from any app. It's a bit of a battery hog too, consuming way more battery than any other smartwatch companion app that I've used - please fix as my phone battery life is half what it was. Why does this app need GPS on all the time when the watch doesn't have any location services ?

there are updates periodically, which is already better than many other smart watch APPs. And this software does improve performance of the K2 smart watch. But it does still need to improve in two areas. 1. Lock onto swimming mode so when stroking, the water won't make the swimming mode turn off or jump to another mode like running, rope jumping, etc. & 2. For some strange reason, when recording in sports mode, it records everything as "one hour later" than the correct time on the watch itself.

In the latest update they have taken away the ability to turn off heart rate checking every half an hour. So the K2 watch vibrates twice an hour and I can't turn this off. I won't be able to sleep with the watch on anymore! Why take this feature away?! Samsung Galaxy S10 (SM-G973F), Android 9 Update: this feature has returned. Well done. On another note, a lot of the data being pulled to the app is incorrect. This could be the watch or the app.

For anyone with binding issues if the device is higher than android 6 sometimes locations services have to be activated to bind your watch. overall this is a good app and fairly accurate on tracking and quite useful on the functions it supports. New update no longer allows alarms to be set which is very important !

app doesn't work since midnight ( new year) as the certification run out :/ good performance of the company. Sleep detection is not working either. Watching tv counts as sleeping ( even deep sleep). Naps during the day are not registered, as the app/device seams to only count sleep during certain hours of the day. Very accurate for ppl on trips a few time zones away, shift workers, or parents with a newborn. Steps are not counted correctly, less then 20 are not registered.

Latest update is broken, will no longer connect (bind) to the watch. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no luck. BEWARE, uninstalling will delete all your data! Where can I get the previous version so I can use my watch again? ---------- Update ----------- After a lot of experimenting, I found the "binding" failure to be caused by the cell phone's Location feature being disabled. Worked before with previous versions of the app. Why does it need GPS enabled in order to Bluetooth connect to the watch? Counting steps does not need GPS info, sleep monitoring does not need GPS info, heart rate readings do not need GPS info, O2 readings do not need GPS info, blood pressure readings do not need GPS info... so WHY require it? For your Mapping feature? I NEVER use it. For now, I will briefly enable Location until the app connects to the watch then disable it again. Please consider making "Location/GPS" more optional to the end user in future releases.

There's an iband fitness tracker I'd like to buy, but no Google Fit integration is a dealbreaker. I want full Google Fit compatibility in iband, including automatic syncing of blood pressure and blood oxygen data to Google Fit. Also, step counter should only be active if you're actually walking; standing in the shower shouldn't count as distance walked (this is a problem with the FitCloud app, not sure if iband has the same issue, but it's worth pointing it out anyway).

Before the update a day ago this app worked fine could get all data off phone I needed but now it just won't open have to use old phone to get data off watch now that has old version. Please fix as it is a pain as lose my data when I work nights and don't carry 2 phones. You did say it would take couple hours it's took over a day.

UPDATE: watch eventually paired and all going well until another update about the 17th January. now app refuses to bind the watch eventhough it recognises its there. have uninstalled and reinstalled the ap, losing ALL the data of the past month and am no closer to using this properly. Don't buy product. The watch wouldn't reset the time. After 2000 steps it starts over. It won't sync with Bluetooth on my phone. When I sent an email for help, I got the response to reset it; and after that didn't work no else from iband helped me.

Great when it works but not stable. I have had to uninstall and reinstall app twice in first week of use. Stability has to be improved before I would be able to recommend. iWear2 installed now and seems to be working well

My suggested solution. I have struggled on binding like most of u here..this is what I did and it worked for me. uninstall and install again then get ur watch on the barcode and scan with ur phone. developer maybe this can also help u in making ur app better too while u find a lasting solution..I hope it helps. tnx

App is fairly good why it is working. For some reason it keeps losing connection with my watch and is very frustrating to reconnect. You have to actually delete the whole app and then reload it and start from scratch as if it was the frst time.

can't bind K2 watch to LG G5 android v. 8. Binds right away with Lg G3 6.0. Did all troubleshooting like uninstall/reinstall app, restart BT, clear data cache, allowed location permissions, tried binding manually using QR code. I love the app and would like to use it on my G5.

The time can't be set and is inaccurate, and the watch doesn't seem to stay connected to the phone, for the fitness updates. 👎

terrible app.Would not upgrade my tracker firmware. My tracker time run behind almost 1 minutes every day. Also, in AM/PM,there should not has such time as 0:45.

I did the last update and updated to firmware it said for my watch now my watch randomly buzzes at me I have turned off all reminders in the app. I did not do this before the firmware update.

I don't know if the app is good or not. I am unable to get the iband to charge. without a charge, I can't bind it to my phone. All I have is a "dead" black face on a rubbery band, Frustrating and loss of money I could use for other things.

Too many customers are crashing app. the phone is nice for the price. I wear it on my right wrist and my normal watch on my left. the soft band, round face, waterproof and light weight are nice features
