    Great app. Really do enjoy it, however I cannot seem to get Google fit to sync weight changes to this app. It stays the same, I've tried unsyncing and resyncing, and resetting progress but this app never changes.

    Great app. My only two criticisms: -Is there not a pay option to get rid of ads? -Is there not a Google Sync option that will only enter workouts and not enter weight data? It just syncs the data you manually type in, and I have a scale app that works much better.

    So far so good. Started doing regular push ups combined with sit ups and v ups and remembered I have this app. I'd say these exercises are way more beneficial for what I'm tryin to accomplish which is shredding fat and building muscle. Will come back and update as I continue to use.

    I use it in between gym days and weekends. Great set of exercises. You can edit the rotations to your liking if they are too easy or too hard for you. Lots of alternative exercises. It's got schedules, trackers. All in all a great app, for all fitness levels.

    Definitely recommend. Just 21 days and i saw great results. Important tip "the first 4 days of the excercises are very easy so don't do more do as it says because the goal is to build the fundamental muscles it is slow and gradual process" and focus on quality not quantity because nobody is counting for you.

    New interface is much better. Recent update increased number of leg workouts, which was badly needed. Workouts are organized well. No video that have you listening to an annoying trainer. Just the workout and a few tips. Best workout app ive tried so far.

    Simple but effective. Started to use this app during lockdown, the fitness plans offer wide range of options, depending on what area of the body you want to work on. After 2 weeks using the chest workouts, can definetly see an improvement. *UPDATE- 10/07/20, app has started to fail to record my workouts. Any changes I've made to plans have been lost. Definitely seeing a physical improvement.

    I just did the highest level intensity for the leg workouts because I wasn't feeling sore in my legs like I was in my abs and upper body. but after that, I'm not going to be able to walk when I wake up. These things only work if you let them work. all it does is tell you what to do, but are you willing to do it daily? or are your video games or social media more important then your health?     Trust this honest review! I have been using this app for a long time, it takes you through a good paced workout even challenging you along the way but by day 21 you will notice change. Your strength, stamina and endurance will improve greatly during this and if you find an exercise hard you can switch it for another. The only real problem i have with this app is it doesnt go beyond day 21 or let you custom/increase exercise numbers.. appart from that this app is 10/10

    I love the app and the different levels it offers but now all of the sudden and a lending tree ad pops up when I go to do my workout and I can't even use the app the ad has no way to get rid of it and makes it worthless I still want to use the app but the ad problem needs fixed.




    This app has really helped me to stay fit and because of that I have been able to get my own fitness account on all social media handles to teach people how to also stay fit

    My experience is that i had workout too seriously without excuses i as 14 yr old i got fat on the chest arm legs and mostly stomach and i lost all of the fat and i got in shape again.my secret is working out 2 to 3 times a day and its keeping me fit every day during lockdown period without gym i say onceore your app is great but i want to add something it doesnt show the date we are supposed to meet at the 30 day challenge so have to check it out

    I think this is an awesome app. The exercises are simple and effective, the progression of the workouts makes sense. I started from the 1st intensity setting to give this an honest shot and worked up to a more strenuous level that challenges me. There are still many left so I will continue to do better and become more physically fit. my muscles are no longer soft or loose, they are tight and I am seeing tone and definition set in. Give it an honest 30 days, mix and match the workouts.

    Exercises in the wrong sections- e.g some back and shoulder workouts (Lvl 8/9+) only really have chest/triceps exercises in them? Other sections seem good though- could do with a labelling for each exercise, saying what muscle groups they work

    Very efficient and customized app for workouts. Although the workout routines dont involve any equipment, the exercised are designed in a way to tone up muscles and cardiovascular strength. Benefited from the initial daily tips, monitoring BMI and weight. However, it would be appreciated if workout videos could be clearer(such as a proper 3d animated video) that would help better guide the users to do the exercises. In addition, a diet plan could be included for health.

    I started using this app after testing other apps that pop up in the search higher up. The problem with ALL the other apps I've used is the unrealistic increase in dificulty and ending up either faling behind or doing the excercise wrong because it was just too much. With this app I have the perfect control over when I'm ready to move forward and I challenge myself to do it. For the future, I hope you give us the option to pay for removing adds and maybe create a similar app for girls.

I do wish that you could record other activities and that there was a pedometer, so that I didn't get told off in my push notifications when I've just been doing other exercise and so i could see calories burned for walking too.

    This app tremendously helps me workout at home when i don't have time to go to the gym but need to keep my routine consistent. I usually go to the gym 3 times a week. It is best change the exercises so that the body doesn't get used to same thing over and over. This app provides me with different exercises for home and gym. I love it.

    Nice set of exercises. There are multiple incremental levels and some new exercises at each level. A few ads are annoying but otherwise a great app. Would be nice to see a video of some of the exercises as it's difficult to figure out the exact posture from the app's workout animations.

Look at the Sworkout, they use the same scheme, but it doesn’t piss me off. Remove some of your ads, be kind, till that time I prefer Sworkout.

    The workout session does not have timer. There's a need for timer to Guage your exercises. Only workout related to time has timer and voice coach

    the workouts make sense...truth is you wont be looking like one of those bodybuilders or fitness models but the workouts are well put together and are recommended for people that wanted to start their fitness journey or people wanted to explore their options outside of a gym.
