HMC SPORTS Municipal Swimming Pools and Gymnasiums - OVG is an innovative and totally Portuguese app that revolutionises the current mode of prescription and monitoring of the training of Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular.
It is the first app that allows users to access their training plan prescribed by their coach on their smartphone, as well as monitoring their workouts, anywhere and anytime.
In a simple and intuitive way you can record the results of your training, performed on any gym machine, for later analysis of your progress with your coach or your training colleagues.
Share the information on social networks and communicate the developments to your friends, demonstrating your progress with current training planning.
Review all the notes your coach has posted to your training plan and communicate directly with him and at any time all of your suggestions to optimize your workout.
Go directly to your physical condition assessments and chart analysis, which is the evolution of the last assessment.
