Heart Rate Zones is a simple little app that calculates a person's heart rate zones using age and gender. These zones can then be used to maximize workouts and reach goals more efficiently.
If weight loss is your goal, use the fat burning zone to maximize calories burned from fat. If you want to improve endurance, use the endurance zone. Whatever your goal, there is zone that will help make your workouts more efficient.
