Do you already use Healthy Merits as your wellness program? Then download the Healthy Merits mobile app to log your activity and check the progress of your challenges! Take full advantage of Healthy Merits and ensure your health assessment is complete so you can find out where to put your focus.

a day of tracking!
You can use the app to:
* See the status of all your current challenges and view completed challenges.
* Track progress for current challenges.
* Join a new challenge.
* Check out the challenge leaderboard.
* Make updates to your profile.
* View your rewards statement and total points.
* Take your health assessment and see detailed results and dimensions scoring.
* Ability to redeem gift cards in the rewards mall, even custom gift cards (if available through your employer).
With a connected device or app:
* Automatically track steps, activity minutes, sleep and other physical activity challenges
* Monitor your sleep, steps, and other physical activities in the devices calendar
* Check out the Devices section for the supported devices and apps including Health Connect
