One more bug, during the assignment of the measurement in scale part, the choice is not highlited. In the update from 07/12/2021 you havent correct the bug which have made in the previous one - look the comment below. Very unprofessional. **** After the last update the APP shange presentation of the weight in Lbs and it is not possible to shange it back in Kg in settings. On the scale is in Kg as it was always 13/09/2022 The same problem is stil present after half year. Very unprofessional.

🤔🤷🏽♂️😔🤦🏽♂️... Tse! Wasn't great before, but NOW since the last update; worse as its changed the BPM Readout on my phone to ENORMOUS sized text/font. Man it's simply TOO BIG for the screen and as such instead I seeing say 132 86, is reads as 13 then underneath 2, and underneath again 86. Crazy 2 stars poor with much room for improvement

What a bad app. A total pain to use. Never again I will consider buying any brand they are collaborating with. They aren't bothered to fix anything to make the app a better experience for the user. Update: Locked myself out and they refuse to send an email to reset my password even after 1 hour has passed.

The app don't find my SAS88... It always says 'can not connect'. I have to turn the bleutooth off and on again, but it doesn't help ... So I don't know if it works ... The hour and date are not set right because it can't connect with the app ... so I have a health tracker that doesn't work...

Notification to smart devices can't handle non-ASCII characters (accented). App should either solve this or convert accented chars to their non-accented equivalents.

Fed up with being hassled for a Rating. App works ok, but annoyingly doesn't seem to allow data to be exported with UK date format (dd/mm/yy) and choice of latest first / earliest first.

After functioning well (at least with the SMB67) the app suddenly wanted me to login. After a few attempts it locked me out - too many attempts. Trying to change the password, was able to change it, but it still did not work - "too many attempts". Trying to login from the website - "site cannot be reached" after entering user and password. What is wrong with this??? Please fix it!!!

Its so complicated to get registered and connected to scale. Once you forget password (you will because pass policy is like you're logging into NASA server) your account will be blocked without option to retrieve account.

For an app developed for a European company, for a device that shows date in a European format, if the app is using exclusively the US date format and there's no way to change it, is just bad app development and shows embarrassing lack of commitment to some sort of standards or QA. It would have been a one star, but everything else in the app does what it's supposed to be doing, so there - enjoy the extra star.
