Description
Simple application for regular tracking and recording of vital health parameters:
- Body weight
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Cholesterol
- any custom added parameters
Features:
- add, modify, delete single record
- list historical records
- draw observations charts
- export/import data
- metric and imperial units
- custom set of observations
Application aimed to prevent or keep under control different chronic diseases like heart and vascular disease, diabetes, overweight etc.
The records can be exported to (imported from).csv file located in the folder "healthdiary" at external storage. For exporting/importing data go to the appropriate observations page and click Export (Import) from menu options.
Languages: English, Russian (if you can help with translation to other languages feel free to contact [email protected], your contribution will be listed in application)
