The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height which can be used to determine if you are underweight, at a normal weight or obese. BMR :- The Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the amount of energy you need while resting in a temperate environment during the postabsorptive state, or when your digestive system is inactive. Waist to hip ratio :- Waist to hip ratio is an important tool that helps you determine your overall health risk. People with more weight around their waist are at greater risk of lifestyle related diseases such as heart disease and diabetes than those with weight around their hips. It is a simple and useful measure of fat distribution. Share your report with your friends, family, etc. View report or calculated result in graph.
