So far I love this app. But what bugs is I got this watch specifically for the sleeping data. Other watches have sleeping analytics on them however it is restricted to a time slot. Which means that if you work odd hours or take long Naps during the day the sleep data will only be shown if that sleep happened during their defined time slot. I was super excited about this but now I'm bugged. I've looked at all possible settings there is nothing I can do to fix it. 🤬

I only bought this watch for it's BP, heart rate, and sleep mode. The sleep mode does not record data. I've compared the heart rate with my pulse oximeter and it's accurate. BP is accurate as well. I also think you should not have to turn on location in order to record data. That's on a need to know basis and you don't need to know. I would have given you 3 stars but you will have to settle for two since sleep mode is not accurate. Improve your services and the watch or stop false advertising.

Doesnt track steps correctly or sleep, I've noticed. If these areas arent tracked properly, then calories, heart beats, etc will be in question. The watch is very nice but not sure if its the capability of the watch or app. Both tech teams should review and correct. Dont lose your audience over step-tracking. We picked your brand now make the necessary updates. If not, be honest on your watch/app site and state the inaccuracies. Dont waste ppl's money and time. What if it were you?

Can't check the privacy policy all of a sudden. There's no button for that, so i can't login anymore. Also, it sometimes logs in automatically, but then logs off and the problem starts all over again in if I uninstall and reinstall it, it does the same thing. Fix this.

This Hband is so frustrating!! Spend the extra $30 for an actual Fitbit. It's extremely difficult to get it to connect to other apps and horribly difficult to even turn on. This thing sucks!!!

It keeps on disconnecting from my phone so it stops calculating everything sleep tracking, steps, heart rate, and blood pressure...I just want it to do the things I've set it to!! No matter how I change my settings I get the same end results.... How convenient is it that this started happening right after the warranty ended!!! I can't even return it for a refund 😤

What I DONT LIKE is: It instales alright and thats it. Iput my email address and password in it. Then it wants you to read the privacy statement .and than it send you in circleYou can press the privacy and then you see the Statement and when you get back it wants it againThats how far it goes.In other words it does not work at alll. Aperently I cant re-install

I bought an ECG watch that uses this. There have been a few issues but with patience I have sorted most of them. I still can't get Blood O2 to show data either if I use the watch or the app. I have had a couple of problems with the BT connection - I had to restart both phone BT and the watch to get it reattached. Has been stable for the past couple of days so maybe just teething issue? Some more options would be good - Dark Mode for one. Also ability to change colours used - some of the graphs are hard to see. But the biggest request would be to be able to produce a physical report such as a PDF that can be taken to a Doctor to be added to my medical record. The app works and I would recommend it for use with ECG watches. Oh, just saw below - yes, more watch face choices would be excellent.
