Fine app, does what it's supposed to. My only complaint is that the power button does absolutely nothing and the self balancing mode SUCKS like I had to turn that off immediately. I guess for newer board users it might be nice to use but it literally put me more off balance while I had it on! (Edit: you don't need the app to use the hoverboard because it works just fine without it 🙄 really don't know what these other reviews are talking about)

Won't let me log in. I had to create an account on the website, but when I tried to log in with the account I had created it wouldn't let me. Very disappointed in the quality of this app

If you want an app that doesn't work and doesn't really allow you to limit the function of your Gyroor hoverboard, this is the app for you. I'd give it 0/5 if possible.

The application doesn't connect. I had to repeatedly make setting changes, close the menu, then open it again to see if the setting was applied. Error messages are in a language that I can't read. Invalid characters are allowed in email log in. Too many permissions required to even open the app In short this app doesn't work and appears to be nothing more than an attempt at grabbing personal data.

To all who have problems, here's how to resolve them: Bluetooth won't connect?: Bluetooth can't be connected through the app, It must be connected through your phone's Bluetooth settings Won't connect to hoverboard??!: Make sure your GPS/location is turned on. That's all I can help, fellow users😊 any other problems you have, it will be best if you contact Gyroor.

My 2 kids each got the same hoverboards yesterday. I like that I can look at both boards on my app, but I wish I could rename them. It's hard to figure out which one I'm looking at. It's also annoying that I have to scan the Bluetooth every time in order to get access to the boards. Please make it easier to connect to multiple boards! When my kids downloaded the app on my phone, they allowed all the permissions, but i just turned everything but the location off. We'll see how it works today.

Greedy, buggy app. Too many permissions required to use app. Camera, location, phone, microphone, storage, the app will not run without full permissions granted. Bluetooth connection is in app rather than regular connecting in bt connections. Stopped seeing board in app after 1 week.. Update. The in app connection to the board will not find the board if your location services are turned off.

Wouldn't accept my e-mail address as "valid". I had to use a different one just to register. The app seems to work ok on iPhone but not on my Samsung S8. When I paired to my phone, I could adjust settings, but not save them. Now my phone has to be around to change the lights or set speed limit.

I had no issues registering the app or using and connecting. My issues are that changing from child mode to adult mode, and changing from self balancing to not do nothing. Both balance modes feel exactly the same and both adult and child mode feel exactly the same. The control for the speed also seems to have no effect on the board regardless of what you choose. The board, at about 9mph starts to try and tilt back too far and it becomes hard to ride and you have to slow down it should hit 12.
