Official APP of the Department of Universal Health and Public Health. Official mobile application of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública for mobile devices aimed at all users of public health in the Valencian Community that allows the request, consultation and cancellation of medical appointments in primary care, consultation of visits pending specialized care, the pharmacological treatments prescribed together with the current treatment document and the history of dispensations, the generation and download of proof of primary care assistance and the Covid Digital Certificate in any of its variants, the location of health resources and the modification of contact information in SIP, all in the two official languages of the Community. Access is done through three possible forms of authentication: indication of SIP number, date of birth and card issuance and confirmation by sending a validation SMS code to the mobile phone number of the registered user, indicating the date of birth. and scanning the barcode of the health card or through Cl @ ve. The access credentials of as many users as desired can be stored for reuse in later uses, having a security system protected by password. The Conselleria de Sanidad Universal y Salud Pública is responsible and author of the information shown in the application, in addition, it guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (http://www.san.gva.es/es/web/ app-gva-mes-salut / data-protection). Likewise, the Ministry guarantees that personal information will be stored and used in a sufficiently secure manner, for the time necessary and only to provide the personalized services described above. To safeguard the information of the user / patient, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with the servers.

Aplicación móvil oficial de la Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública para dispositivos móviles dirigida a todas las personas usuarias de la sanidad pública de la Comunitat Valenciana que permite la solicitud, consulta y anulación de citas médicas en atención primaria, consulta de las visitas pendientes de atención especializada, los tratamientos farmacológicos prescritos junto con el documento de tratamientos vigentes e histórico de dispensaciones, la generación y descarga de justificantes de asistencia de atención primaria y del Certificado Covid Digital en cualquiera de sus variantes, la localización de recursos sanitarios y la modificación de los datos de contacto en SIP, todo ello en los dos idiomas oficiales de la Comunitat. El acceso se realiza mediante tres posibles formas de autenticación: indicación de número de SIP, fecha de nacimiento y de emisión de la tarjeta y confirmación mediante envío de un código SMS de validación al número de teléfono móvil del usuario registrado, indicando la fecha de nacimiento y escaneando el código de barras de la tarjeta sanitaria o a través de Cl@ve. Se pueden almacenar las credenciales de acceso de tantos usuarios como se desee para su reutilización en usos posteriores, disponiendo de un sistema de seguridad protegido por contraseña. La Conselleria de Sanidad Universal y Salud Pública es la responsable y autora de la información que se muestra en la aplicación, además, garantiza la privacidad y protección de tus datos (http://www.san.gva.es/es/web/app-gva-mes-salut/proteccion-de-datos). Asimismo, la Conselleria garantiza que se almacenará y utilizará la información personal de un modo suficientemente seguro, durante el tiempo necesario y solo para proporcionar los servicios personalizados anteriormente descritos. Para salvaguardar la información de la persona usuaria/paciente, esta aplicación usa el protocolo seguro HTTPS para todas las comunicaciones con los servidores.
